Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und für den Preis sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstücksbuffer war sehr vielseitig.

Pros:

Makkelijk ligging vlak bij de rondweg van Caen. Ligt in een bedrijventerrein vlak bij CHC (hospitaal) en naast een buffalo grill. Hotel heeft zelf ook diner met voorgerecht en nagerecht in buffetvorm en hoofdgerecht enkele keuzes van de dag.

Cons:

Bewegwijzering naar hotel, niet zo leesbaar geplaatst, wel bij kruispunt met stoplichten afslaan.

Hôtel isolé mais bien placé. Acceuil très sympathique
Pros:

Calme propreté restaurant simple et bon. Accès facile au centre ville en voiture ou tramway direct a 100m de l hôtel. Personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

Lit individuel pas assez large.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit war OK und es waren auch alle nötigen Dinge vorhanden. Vor der Tür gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze und die Rezeption ist bis 24:00 besetzt. Die Lage ist recht zentral und doch ruhig. Es gibt ein Restaurant und eine Bar für das abendliche Bier. Unser kleiner Hund stellte kein Problem dar. Seltsam ist nur, das div. Kleinbeträge wie Übernachtungssteuer und die Zusatzgebühr für den Hund erst vor Ort beglichen werden können. Warum kann das nicht gleich über boking.com laufen ?

Cons:

Das Frühstück war dem Anspruch (3 ***) und dem Preis definitiv nicht angemessen. Halbgares Industrie-Rührei, keine zusätzliche Milch für den Kaffee, Marmelade aus total verklebten Gläsern, in denen normale, kleine Löffel steckten und Butter, die man mit der Lupe suchen musste. Dazu eine junge Dame, die unmotiviert Tische abräumte und auf keine Frage eine Antwort wusste. Das habe ich bei gleichem Preis schon definitiv besser erlebt.

Very friendly helpful staff. Safe parking and ok size rooms for price paid. Excellent coffee and pastries at breakfast. Really good shower. Beds small for me as a 6ft 4 in man but reasonably comy.

Great location at a very reasonable cost, Tramway nearby a great bonus.
Pros:

Great location on the outskirts of Caen with the benefit of being only 400 metres from the nearby tram station which allowed cheap, ( only 4 euros each for 24 hour travel ticket ), and easy travel into Caen centre and back again. No hassle driving into city centre ! Hotel was modern, parking on site secure, room a decent size for a one or two night stay, and the facilities were good. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and not a free for all in a crowded room !

Cons:

Lift was a bit on the small size but just meant sometimes a bit of a wait until free. As there are only 3 floors this wasn't a big issue. Room could have had slightly more storage space and bedside table space was limited.

Un petit déjeuner super avec des plats chauds. Le calme de l'endroit et la convivialité du personnel

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite mais suffisamment confortable néanmoins. Le centre ville est un peu loin.
