Posizione centrale. Il ragazzo alla reception gentilissimo. Attenzioni al cliente particolari, con omaggi di dolci e l uovo di cioccolato a Pasqua.

Cons:

La pulizia non è delle migliori. Su questo devono di gran lunga migliorare. Il letto aveva dei peli e capelli nelle lenzuola. Abbiamo rappresentato il problema e prontamente ci hanno cambiato subito le lenzuola, che sta volta erano pulite, e ci hanno omaggiato di dolci e biscotti. Sulla pulizia anche dei dettagli devono migliorare. C era un po’ di polvere e non dava molto il senso della pulizia, anche l’ odore. Però il bagno era pulito.

Vastaanoton henkilökunta on ystävällistä samoin aamiaisella.Aamiainen erinomainen.

Cons:

Huoneen siivouksessa olisi parantamista.Pölyä lattialla ja hiuksia lavuaarissa siivouksen jälkeen.Lattialle laittamaani likaista pyyhettä ei vaihdettu uuteen, respasta sain uuden.

Central Hotel in old town

Excellent position
In heart of Old Rouen

Cons:

On our day of leaving…. With a planned visit to Honfleur the Elevator which carries cars down and up from the underground hotel car park had malfunctioned
We had to wait several hours before it could be deemed safe by an engineer
Thus we had to cut out our visit to Honfleur and instead go to Dieppe for our Ferry. Very frustrating
