Night's Stay in centre of Rouen old town
Pros:

This the third time we have stayed at Hotel Litteraire on our annual drive from Toulouse to London. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good indeed. The location is only a two minute walk to the historic central square where there are many restaurants.

Best location in Rouen!
Pros:

Great hotel - terrific location! We could walk everywhere.
We had a car. They have a garage (free) but you have to take your car down the car elevator. A big car will not fit.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable stay in old Rouen
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable and eco-sensitive with a helpful staff. Within walking distance of all the interesting sites of the old town. We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is the best. In the old part of the city and just around the corner of the Place de vieux Marche.
The room we had, standard room, is small. Not enough space for two big suitcases. As long as you not open the window, its quiet. Breakfast is ok. Best to have breakfast at around 8 a.m as afterwards it will be very busy.
Do not park the car in the garage of the hotel if you have a big car. Its a elevator which brings the car down. Its very narrow. I recommend to park at the car park below the Place du vieux Marche. Its only 200 metres away from the hotel. When check out, ask the hotel to stamp your parking ticket. That gives you a discount.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. We stayed in the Junior suite which was large and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a very central location close to all major attractions. The breakfast was excellent.

elegant hotel in the centre of town
Pros:

Staff were very helpful directing us to the parking garage. The hotel was lovely and calm. Our room was beautiful and the breakfast plentiful.

Pros:

Right next to the main square, you will find this secluded patio hotel. For the literati this is a nice concept, but further it is a straightforward hotel. Brandnew, but smallish rooms. Forthcoming staff. The handling of the airco seems easier than it is. Parking at moderate prices under he main square 250 from the hotel. Should we return to Rouen, we would come again.
