Great hotel with friendly staff in an amazing location.
Pros:

Friendly reception, nice cool room (during the heatwave!), amazing location. Breakfast was also fantastic. Rouen is a city that completely blew my mind. I would love to go back, and would have this hotel as a definite place to return to.

Cons:

Didn’t realise you had to book parking in advance. Some difficulty getting to the hotel through the pedestrianised zone to drop off bags - and then parking at the large municipal underground lot 3 minutes away. Once you understand this though, things are fairly simple.

Lovely comfortable hotel in great location.

Понравилась концепция и оформление отеля, расположение в историческом центре, своя парковка во внутреннем дворике, разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Из нашего номера на верхнем этаже открывался вид на крыши Руана.

Cons:

Немного уставший номер, можно было бы немного обновить

Pros:

L’amabilité de tout le personnel, la disponibilité par le personnel de l’accueil. La déco. L’emplacement.

Cons:

Le wc dans la salle de bains coincé contre le grand lavabo, pas très confortable…. mais c’est l’architecte d’intérieur qui est à blâmer..😀

Uitstekend hotel, heerlijk in het centrum van Rouen! Alles op loopafstand.
Pros:

Mooie locatie in het centrum van Rouen. Parkeren was makkelijk onder het Hotel.
Niet vergeten de parkeerplek op tijd aan te melden bij het hotel!

Ce séjour fut spécial pour nous et, si nous revenons passer une nuit à Rouen, nous y retournerons.
Pros:

Le service du petit déjeuner était très attentionné et le petit déjeuner excellent. L’accueil était très aimable et prévenant, et le nom de l’Hotel, Gustave Flaubert, n’était nullement usurpé : un ensemble de détails, des livres, la décoration, nous replaçaient dans le Rouen de l’auteur de « Madame Bovary » et de « Salammbô » !
