A fabulous hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

A beautifully decorated room with a large bathroom & a wonderful shower. Perfect location a minute’s walk from bars & restaurants. Private parking which was a great plus. Breakfast was delicious with a big choice of food, all so nicely presented.

Cons:

We had an executive room with a balcony but being on the ground floor the balcony was right next to a car parked in the courtyard.
The lift down to the underground car park is very small as are the parking spaces so not really suited to today’s larger vehicles (although I appreciate that there is little to be done about this !).

Cons:

Matras met fikse kuilvorming. Ik stond met rugpijn op. Handdoek gaf heel veel pluizen af, waardoor ik helemaal onder de pluisjes zat na het douchen. Enige oplossing was om opnieuw te douchen en de andere kleine handdoek te gebruiken. Had vooraf verzocht om rustige kamer en niet in de buurt van de lift. Maar ik kreeg een kamer direct naast de lift toegewezen! Liftdeur opent met piepend geluid wat goed hoorbaar was in de hotelkamer. Verzocht om andere kamer, deze uiteindelijk toegewezen gekregen. Kamer was aan binnenplaats. Maar daar is ook een terras en laad- en losplek. Ontbijt is matig en eigenlijk de pittige prijs niet waard

Nous serions ravis de revenir à Rouen et séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel .
Pros:

Possibilité de recharger dans le parking notre voiture électrique.
