I would not hesitate to return for another stay

Albergo con tanto potenziale di miglioramento in pieno centro città

Cons:

L'albergo è situato in zona pedonale. Per carico e scarico dei bagagli si può accedere con l'automobile, ma su questo l'albergo non informa i clienti prima del check-in. Abbiamo pertanto lasciato la vettura nel parcheggio sotterraneo del centro e portato con grande fatica il nostro bagaglio all'albergo. I collaboratori della reception ci hanno osservato da dietro il banco come faticavamo ad entrare dalla porta doppia, senza alcun aiuto da parte loro. In generale il personale è gentile, ma aiuta i clienti solo se non si devono alzare dal tavolo della reception.
La camera prenotata era superior, ma comunque molto piccola. Il sifone della doccia era otturato e nella doccia abbiamo trovato una bustina utilizzata di sapone intimo.

The location and rooms were amazing and the staff was very helpful. We loved that it was close to pubs and restaurants.

Очень интересный отель с литературными цитатами в интерьере. В лобби представлена небольшая выставка с оригиналами книг. Кофе-машина в номере. Вода на ресепшен в графинах с заботой о природе, хорошая сантехника, отличный кондиционер воздуха!!
