Pros:

Je reviens à l'hôtel Morand à chaque fois que je viens à Rouen pour le travail. La salle de petit déjeuner est très belle, les chambre refaites à neuf, le personnel aux petits soins. Plein de restos sympas à proximité, et le musée des beaux arts est gratuit.

Cons:

Cet hôtel est souvent complet, il faut réserver à l'avance si on veut être sûr d'avoir une chambre.

Un hôtel agréable et bien entretenu, idéalement situé en plein centre-ville ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements et l’accès aux principaux points d’intérêt. Les chambres sont propres et confortables offrant un cadre reposant.
Le petit-déjeuner est un véritable atout, varié et de très bonne qualité avec un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts.
Enfin, le personnel se distingue par sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité, toujours prêt à rendre service et à répondre aux besoins des clients.

Friendly, helpful staff with good recommendations and a comfortable bed for my night’s stay.
Pros:

It’s location, relatively near to the main station yet easy to walk around the city.

Cons:

It is a little tired, decor wise, but served my needs perfectly well (arriving after 6pm and leaving before 6am).

Le confort de la chambre et un super petit déjeuner. L'emplacemet de l'hôtel en centre ville.

Cons:

Une salle de bain trop petite. Des WC difficilement utilisables. Une douche qui ne coulait presque pas et un réglage eau chaude/eau froide non pratique. Finallement on a pas pu prendre de douche >>> très dommage. Pour le parking on nous avait annoncé 10 € en cas de sortie avant 10H (payé à l'hôtel), sortie à 9h30, on a du repayer 4 € à la borne de sortie.

Horrible.
Pros:

Donde se desayuna! Es una sala vintage. Bien decorada a su estilo. Es café de máquina y el pan y cruasán estaban bien. Había mermeladas de todo tipo y bollerías. El chico de la recepción de la tarde, super simpático y atencioso.

Cons:

La habitación sucia. El baño no daba ganas de usarlo. El wc estaba que daba asquito…. La ducha sucia y por donde tendría que bajar el agua de la ducha atascado. Olía mal. Por la noche se escucha hasta cuando va al baño en las habitaciones del al lado… arriba o abajo… la cama era cómoda por decir algo bueno. Lo demás, jamás volvería.
