Ideal für einen Kurzbesuch in Rouen - gerne wieder
Pros:

Nettes hilfsbereites Personal mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Öffentliche Tiefgarage (riesig) in 100m mit Hotelrate. Hotel in historischer Bausubstanz, Gutes Frühstück, Ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt.

Cons:

Leider kein Aufzug im Haus. Für die Nutzung des Parkhausrabattes muß man erst am Hotel einchecken und bekommt dann einen QR-Code aufs Handy fürs Parkhaus (ich war erst im Parkhaus, mußte also noch einmal raus und wieder reinfahren - mit extra Bezahlung der ersten Stunde. Der Zimmerboden war zum Kopfende des Bettes geneigt - wir haben trotzdem erstaunlich gut geschlafen. Leider keine deutschen Sender im TV.

Pros:

Hotel bastante céntrico para visitar Rouen. Está en una casa antigua, con lo cual no tiene ascensor. Tiene un parking próximo que si se reserva a través del hotel tiene bonificación en el precio.

Very good 1 night stay and good value for money
Pros:

The room was nice and good size (we chose the large double which i think was worth the extra money). The bed was very comfortable, the shower very strong and lovely, the shower gel smelled very nice. Excellent location, near the city centre without the excessive noise, and very conveniently located near the car park. We paid 22.50 € for 24h. If you let them know in advance, they can send you a discounted electronic ticket for 18€ that you will pay at the hotel (you need this before entering the car park (Justice Palace). We were provided with an amazing fan that made a difference in this extreme heat, plus we were able to close the windows at some point which blocked completely the early morning noise. Very good blackout curtains too. The breakfast was 10/10 with an impressive array of choices, with lovely breads, cheeses, jams, ham, yogurts, pastries, juices, cereals, cold water and delicious coffee. The breakfast room was lovely, and I even had a cushion for my back.
The TV in the room was big and although I could only see french channels, there was a few channels (such as "good for laughs") that did not require language knowledge. Early check in 2PM was really handy. Good communication prior and staff friendly. Overall happy with the stay. The management also provided icy water at the reception for the guests which was highly appreciated.
P.S. there is no elevator, some people might struggle with the stairs. We were based on first floor.

Cons:

Around 4 am I started to smell sewage. I closed the bathroom door which sorted the situation. When I opened the door in the morning, the smell was strong. Overall it was not an issue as we left early in the morning and we opened the window anyways.

Como casi cualquier alojamiento en Francia, no están preparados para el calor: no hay aire acondicionado. Ni siquiera un ventilador. Muy caluroso.

J'aurais aimé un ventilateur qui tourne (nous étions en pleine canicule... je devais decider quelle partie de mon corps avait le plus chaud 😅) mais déjà avoir un ventilateur était un gros plus dans cet hôtel comparé à d'autres

Nettes Budged-Hotel mitten in Rouen. Der Dom und die belebte Fußgängerzone in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gutes Frühstück, mein Fahrrad,konnte ich im Hotel sicher unterstellen. Ideal für ein bis zwei Tage Sightseeing.

Cons:

Persönlich gestört hat es mich nicht, das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'établissement est tout simplement parfait. Le personnel est super, et le petit déjeuner est vraiment très diversifié , il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas réellement de reproche à faire, si ce n'est une petite remarque sur les marches de l'escalier à partir du 1er étage, elles ne sont pas régulières.

Très bon emplacement pour les voyageurs arrivant en train ou en voiture de location. L'entrée de la rue Morand, où se situe l'hôtel, est visible dès la sortie du hall de la gare. Le centre-ville est à proximité et facile à trouver.
L'hôtel bénéficie également du calme nocturne de la rue, non passante, dans laquelle il se situe.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner, très varié et très complet, est servi dans une belle pièce, bien conservée "dans son jus".

La mattina del giorno di arrivo mi comunicano variazioni del costo del garage (quasi raddoppiate);
Senza ascensore (gli amici erano ai piani superiori); in bagno buchi e fessure di grandi dimensioni, acqua calda non funzionante al lavello anche dopo segnalazione; in camera pareti scrostate ovunque, sintomi evidenti di umidità. Prese non fissate correttamente al muro insomma una delusione totale

Pros:

Modern room. Great shower. Quiet. Short walk to the main train station & city center. Friendly, helpful staff. Big breakfast. Wonderful old hotel.

Cons:

No lift - those with heavy luggage / mobility issues should ask for a ground / 1st floor room, though staff will help carry luggage.

No Air Con (there was a fan). All hotels should have this nowadays, especially during heat waves.
