Pros:

La struttura si trova in una via tranquilla non lontano dal centro e dalla fermata del tram.
Le camere sono essenziali , ma alla fine ci sta tutto quelle che serve.

Cons:

La struttura è abbastanza vecchiotta, hanno rinnovato alcune cose, ma non tutto. Purtroppo si sente molto il rumore del tram nonostante non sia proprio davanti.
Tra una camera e l’altra si sentono tutti i rumori, dovrebbero insonorizzarle.
Ho avuto la spiacevole esperienza di essere svegliato dalle urla di due ragazze americane ubriache che hanno disturbato per un bel po’ il riposo di tutti.

La ubicación muy buena, las habitaciones son cómodas salvo el baño. La habitación daba a un patio interno.

Cons:

Nos cobraron una tasa turística de 7.25 euros por noche y por persona, lo que encarece mucho la estadía. Dicha tasa nos enteramos recién al hacer el check-in. Incomodísimo el inodoro en el baño, literalmente no te podías sentar sin tocar con las piernas la pared, muy mal.

В номере чисто, ортопедические матрасы и подушки. Номер небольшой, но в нем есть все необходимое. Отдельный шкафчик для обуви и верхней одежды и отдельно большой шкаф для одежды с сейфом. Приятный запах в номере. Отличный вид на внутренний сад с большой пальмой. 15 мин ходьбы от Дуомо.

Tout est en adéquation avec les tarifs. Le personnel fait tout son possible pour nous satisfaire. Le seul reproche, mais qui n est pas dû à l hôtel, c est le monsieur âgé du parking corridori avec qui il travaille, un désastre. Raciste envers les français, à fermer le parking toute une après-midi, qui n arrivait pas à faire fonctionner son Tpe pour paiement cb, n a pas fait de remise pour l après-midi facturer alors qu il était fermé, m a fait perdre 3/4 h et voulait que j aille chercher des espèces. Très mauvais parking, c était la 2ème fois que j y étais, mais plus de 3eme. Cherchez un autre parking.
