Super Personal, sehr freundlich
Comfortable and smart hotel in a great central location. Very helpful and welcoming staff made our stay a pleasure from beginning to end.
No significant issues
L’hôtel est très bien placé dans Grenade et facile d’accès en voiture. Un service voiturier prend en charge votre voiture pour la garer dans leur parking (22€ par jour). Notre chambre était spacieuse et très calme même avec la fenêtre ouverte. Le rooftop est très agréable et propose de bons cocktails avec une belle vue sur la ville et l’Alhambra. Et le petit déjeuner et très variés avec de bons produits. En bref, rien à redire si ce n’est que c’est un très bon choix d’hôtel avec un personnel très sympathique et accueillant.

Good location. It’s within walking distance from a lot of interesting sites. It had a nice bar, with tapas. Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful. He always greeted us with a smile.
Shower flooded room the first night. No drain cover in shower. We had to have maintenance mop it all up after midnight. There was no tissue, except when requested at the front desk. Breakfast host seemed to hover over us as if we were eating too much at the buffet, or maybe he thought we would take something!
My daughter and i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a recent trip to Granada we booked a superior room which had a brilliant comfy bed and spacious bathroom i would have no complaints about the room apart from the noise from the street in the early hours but no fault of the hotel - the staff work extremely hard in the restaurant and the bar we had breakfast two mornings which we paid 15€ and was well worth it compared to other places in the city there was a wide selection of fresh fruit fresh sourdough bread and eggs made while you wait would defo recommend and we ended each evening in the bar with a drink and maybe a dessert to share one night we had tacos they were so helpful especially two wee older men who are sooo efficient didn’t catch their names but nothing was too much trouble we also used the rooftop pool which was a welcome relief after a warm day in the city thanks to all st the wonderful hotel would defo recommend it 100%
Uma experiência fantástica! O hotel é extremamente seguro e confortável.
A localização é excelente: embora no mapa pareça um pouco afastado, tudo é incrivelmente perto. Em menos de 5 minutos de caminhada você chega a qualquer ponto turístico da cidade antiga. O transporte só é necessário para acessar as partes mais altas, como Alhambra. Além disso, a conveniência ao redor é perfeita: há um El Corte Inglés bem em frente (ótimo para itens de supermercado mais especiais) e um Mercadona a menos de 5 minutos para compras mais em conta.
O quarto superou as expectativas, especialmente porque recebi um upgrade para uma acomodação com uma varandinha deliciosa. A cama é muito confortável e o frigobar é super prático, permitindo tanto solicitar itens quanto guardar as próprias compras.
O banheiro merece um destaque à parte: o chuveiro é grande, confortável e com excelente pressão de água. Para quem valoriza os detalhes, o espaço de bancada na pia, o espelho de maquiagem e a qualidade do secador de cabelo (tenho cabelo muito longo e ele deu conta perfeitamente) foram diferenciais incríveis.
As comodidades também são ótimas. A academia é muito bem equipada com aparelhos modernos, e o rooftop é espetacular, com uma vista impressionante para as montanhas.
Por fim, o staff foi sempre muito educado e atencioso. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Het hotel heeft een goede ligging in het centrum. Super leuk dakterras met prachtig uitzicht en klein zwembad en een paar ligstoelen. Het meeste terras gaat naar de tafels en stoelen voor de bar. De kamer is ook comfortabel maar mist wat kleur of charme van de rest van het hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!
De ruimte om te ontbijten zonder daglicht en de tafels dicht op elkaar gaf ons een slecht gevoel. Geen ruimte die past vij de rst van het hotel en waar je leuk lang wilt zitten.
