Good value, but not as modern as we expected
Pros:

Great hotel but a little dated

Cons:

The hotel is big and we were on the old part, the patio. Looked out over a bit so nice street.

Personnel du desk peu réceptif et distant.
Hotel de centre ville avec beaucoup de passage, un brassage trop disparate de la clientèle.
Incapacité de s'adapter au congressistes, touristes,... plutôt pour manque de souplesse comportementale et une absence flagrante de lecture des signaux faibles... Le client ne se sent pas accueilli ... plutôt "reçu".

Excellent hotel with stunning views
Pros:

We had an amazing stay here - our room was very clean, welcoming and had beautiful views. The bed was very comfy and bathroom was very spacious. We enjoyed the rooftop bar over the 2 day nights we stayed there and it had stunning sunset views of Granada. Perfect getaway for a honeymoon trip.

Cons:

Nothing - we wished we stayed longer.

Requested two single beds but not done on arrival or even after asking or after first night but rectified on third asking for second night.

Check in counter. Could only see the back of the receptionist’s computer .

Pros:

Vernieuuwd hotel met parking , je kan niet reserveren !
Ontbijt was zeer verzorgt en uitgebreid , maar zeer druk .
Redelijk groot hotel !
Ligging redelijk goed , maar langs zeer drukke baan .
De bar op het dak naast is wel leuk , maar redelijk prijzig .

Cons:

Ontvangst was redelijk onbeleefd en onpersoonlijk, zowel bij aankomst als bij vertrek !
Zwembad is eerder om te verfrissen , niet om te zwemmen !
Ik zou toch dit hotel zou ik niet aanraden , er zijn betere hotels met vriendelijke bediening in de omgeving .

Pros:

The location is excellent for walking to the Alhambra and the old town. The breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

We book based on having a gym. Though adequate in what it offered, on both days that we attempted to use it, there seemed to be a class or something going on. This dominated equipment. As well, there was no means to disinfect used equipment. We were u able to make use of the facility. Disappointing.
The hallway carpet was full of wine stains, rather shoddy.
