Excellent central location. Good rooftop facilities, although small area for sun loungers this is common with other central hotels
Although problem not caused by hotel but by clients it would have been good if more cleaning visits around lounger area to take away left classes.

Do not park at hotel. The spaces and roadway are extremely narrow.
When I arrived the hotel car park was full so I was advised to park a few hundred metres away at Violon. Thank goodness.

TV only has BBC news as English speaking so nothing to watch in room.
We had a great stay, the bar and pool area are very nice with gorgeous views, our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The reception staff were great and helpful. Central location, just a short walk to the heart of Granada

There is a large supermarket directly across the street, which is very convenient. The room was also spacious, clean, and the hotel itself is quite new with excellent facilities.
However, we were surprised to find that there was no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom in our room. In addition, one of the windows had no curtain at all, so the room became very bright early in the morning. Another unexpected issue was that there was no duvet inside the duvet cover when we checked in. There was only a flat sheet on the bed, and we didn’t realize it until we were ready to sleep that night. The next day, the front desk told us that the duvet was stored in the wardrobe and that guests were expected to put it into the duvet cover themselves. We have never encountered anything like this at any hotel before. The room also did not provide any slippers.

Would have been nice if the pool area opened before 10am and if food was served on the rooftop before 8pm.
Sehr schönes Stadthotel mit kleinem Pool und Restaurant auf dem Dach. Sehr schönes, modernes Zimmer. Sensationelles, reichhaltiges Frühstück. 10 Min zu Fuss in die Innenstadt und zur Kathedrale. 30 Min zu Fuss zur Alhambra. Sehr freundliches Personal mit Parkservice.

Jedyny drobny minus to windy na które trzeba długo czekać i konieczność przechodzenia przez recepcję za każdym razem kiedy idzie się z pokoju na basen (trzeba jechać inną windą, nie dotyczy do wszystkich pokojów)- to nie jakaś wada, po prostu spostrzeżenie

Hotel situé dans le centre de la ville. Un vrai plus pour visiter.
Le personnel désagréable et froid et les prestations de la chambre laissent à désirer. Chambre petite. Joints de douche sales. Ménage à revoir. Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas qualitatif lorsqu’on est Français et habitué à de la nourriture de qualité. Terrasse en rooftop relativement petite et vite bondée si on n’y vient pas de bonne heure. Piscine petite. Bien pour se tremper mais pas plus.
La atención fue de 10!! Personal muy amable, atendieron nuestras peticiones de forma impecable. Las instalaciones, zonas comunes y habitación son una maravilla. Lo recomiendo 100%.
