Vivir Granada soñando.
Pros:

El Hotel Carmen/Barceló, está recientemente restaurado, la política Barceló lo garantiza. El lobby amplísimo, no da pie al colapso. El Personal prácticamente es autóctono, por lo que imprime un sello especial como el de la propia Ciudad granadina. Debo destacar el Departamento de Restauración: El desayuno bufett es muy completo y de calidad superior, así como el Restaurante y la Cafetería. La terraza con piscina, fantástica, dada la ubicación del Hotel ofrece una panorámica 360 grados de toda la Ciudad, incluída las Cumbres blancas de Sierra Nevada. Destaco también que aún siendo un Hotel grande no es nada ruidoso, la insonorización entre habitaciones es perfecta.

A luxurious and beautiful hotel, with rooms where every interior detail has been carefully considered. The beds are unbelievably comfortable :). The breakfast and pool are excellent. I highly recommend visiting the terrace in the morning when it’s accessible only to hotel guests.

Cons:

The only downside is that my particular room had no view—in fact, it overlooked a small light well.

Clean and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. There was a taxi rank outside so easy to get around.

Cons:

Tiny bathroom. Amenities like vanity kit not replenished daily. No bottle opener. Coffee machine was a tussle to use because the shelf was too low. The Alhambra view was over the mechanical floor of a shopping centre. And driving there was a nightmare because of complicated one way systems and narrow streets.

Besonders das Personal am Empfang - konnten uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt im Granada geben. Empfehlungen Restaurants etc. Sie haben auch uns geholfen als eine Geldbörse verloren ging, uns nach dem Aufenthalt angerufen. Fantastisch!
Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich und sehr preiswert.

Estancia perfecta en el Hotel Carmen de Granada. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro pero muy tranquila, ideal para moverse a pie por toda la ciudad. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.
El personal fue encantador en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con excelentes recomendaciones. Destacar también la terraza con vistas y su restaurante La Santa María.
Sin duda, una opción ideal para disfrutar de Granada. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!
