Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Viajábamos con niños y, a nuestra llegada, observamos que el establecimiento alojaba a un grupo de inmigrantes. Al preguntar en recepción, nos indicaron que eran “clientes normales”. Sin embargo, al hablar personalmente con algunas de estas personas, nos confirmaron que estaban siendo alojadas allí por el Gobierno, algo que no se nos informó previamente al hacer la reserva.

Durante la estancia, varias de estas personas, incluidos adultos, circulaban por las zonas comunes y pasillos del hotel descalzos y con una vestimenta muy descuidada, lo que generó incomodidad y miedo en nuestros hijos. Considero que este tipo de situaciones deberían comunicarse previamente, especialmente cuando se viaja con menores.

Además, el teléfono de la habitación no dejó de sonar en toda la noche, haciendo imposible el descanso. Las almohadas desprendían un olor desagradable y no parecían estar recién lavadas. Nos faltaban toallas y en el armario había mantas muy antiguas, algo especialmente grave en mi caso, ya que soy alérgico a los ácaros.

El trato del personal de recepción fue frío y poco profesional, sin interés en solucionar los problemas planteados.

En resumen, una estancia muy negativa, con falta de higiene, mala atención al cliente y una gestión poco transparente. No lo recomendaría, especialmente para familias con niños.

Habia una gotera en el baño, la gente que estaba limpiando pegando voces y los otros clientes que se hospedaban en otras habitaciones hacian muchisimo ruido gritando y pegando voces por los pasillos, aparte en el baño la tuberia del agua cada vez que alguien se estaba duchando o abria el grifo sonaba la cañeria mucho

Estancia cómoda y tranquila.

Cena bien. Desayuno bien.

Cons:

De las tres reservas realizadas, una se tuvo que anular por el fallecimiento de un familiar, y no me devuelven ni un euro. Creo que ésto no es muy justo. Hemos entregado documentación en el hotel acreditando las circunstancias de la anulación. De Hecho ayer falleció el familiar. Confío en que me den una solución factible.
