Pros:

Lovely historic building and excellent location. Warm welcome from staff.

Cons:

Quite dated but arguably this is part of the charm and probably reflection of the cost of a stay which is very good value.

A beautiful hotel.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel - perfrctly located in a historic, pedestrian area. A short walk from the Alhambra and city centre. Very friendly staff, cool even in the heat

Cons:

All was perfect - just be aware the station is a mid length walk. With luggage it may be worth using a taxi from or to the station.

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Großartiges beeindruckendes altes Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal immer ansprechbar.
Pros:

Lage - mitten n der Altstadt unterhalb der Alhambra, einfach toll. Zimmer - riesengroß und toll eingerichtet, gute Betten und Kissenauswahl. Frühstück - Die Auswahl gut und schmackhaft aber nicht besonders abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Das Bad im Zimmer hatte eine kleine Schmutzecke und die Fugen hier und da unschön, das war unnötig denn ansonsten war das grandiose Zimmer sauber. Leichte Schlieren auf den Spiegeln waren auch vermeidbar, aber das war auch schon wieder charmant.

Séjour intéressant à Grenade, l'hotel n'était pas le point fort.
Pros:

Emplacement intéressant, on accède rapidement à plusieurs points d'intérêt à pied. Le petit déjeuner était correct. La chambre moyenne à pas satisfaisant. L'accueil du personnel était normal, moyen au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Je ne comprends pas que cet hôtel soit classé en 3*, C'est un bel immeuble historique, mais le confort de ma chambre n'y était pas, très petite avec un escalier pour accéder à une mezzanine inutilisable. L'espace entre l'escalier et le lit était étroit au risque de se prendre la tête contre l'escalier. La salle de bains était très inconfortable, double vasques historique en poterie qui évacuent mal, en face d'une vasque : moins de 50cm d'espace pour s'y mettre, des WC avec des lunettes qui ne tenaient pas bien.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour ! Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Chaque membre du personnel a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus spécial grâce à son sourire, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme, un grand merci à l’hôte de l’accueil pour sa bienveillance.

Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir très bientôt. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux et pour tous les petits détails qui font la différence !

Bellissimo soggiorno a Granada!
Pros:

Hotel con posizione centrale a Granada, si raggiunge tutto facilmente a piedi. Dalla Stazione dei treni si può arrivare a piedi o in autobus. Comodo anche per raggiungere l'Alhambra, si può prendere l'autobus o anche andare a piedi. Camera grande, accogliente e pulita, servizi puliti. Personale gentile e disponibile, ci hanno anche permesso di fare il check-in anticipato. Ottima colazione.

Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig Punkt die Lage mit Blick auf die Alhambra war sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim Zugang zum Hotel musste man einige Stufen mit dem Koffer überwinden. Die Maler und Ausbesserungsarbeiten waren sehr und schön ausgefüllt.

Charmant établissement, bien situé, calme bien qu'au coeur de Albaicin. Accueil chaleureux

Cons:

Les 20mn à pied avec les bagages nous ont un peu refroidis à l'arrivée.
En fait, le parking jardine trunfio et le transfert en taxi sont pris en charge par l'hôtel, nous aurions aimé l'apprendre avant l'arrivée.

Perfectly location in a historic hotel
Pros:

The 15th century hotel is situated up steps in the historic area above the Carrera del Dora and below the Alhambra.
There are excellent eateries and flamenco venues nearby and bus 32 serves the city and the Alhambra other buses also serve the city and Sacromento.
The rooms are clean and spacious with modern facilities but preserve the charm of the building.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped with luggage as the hotel has no lift and is spread over multiple levels.
We would definitely stay again.

Súper céntrico y cómodo, bonito lugar donde pasar la noche en Granada

Cons:

Nuestra habitación estaba al lado de la calle y aún con la ventana cerrada se oía todo, hay que dormir con tapo es si tienes el sueño ligero [pero esto no es dramático]
