All the staff was superb. They were extremely nice and helpful. Not a single complaint with the staff! It looks like the hotel has been renewed since our last visit, beds are great now, rooms are in very good condition. The location is very good IF your only or main interest is going to the Alhambra. The bathroom has a nice bathtub that looks like new, floors are in excellent condition.
The bathroom faucets are very old and are in bad condition. They are difficult to use as they are in poor condition so adjusting the water temperature as you want it is difficult and time consuming. Getting the water to flow from the faucet to the shower head is very difficult as the control is stuck and you need a lot of effort to switch it from one position to the other. Also they are all discolored, have lost the chrome and look terrible. Another issue is the lack of a restaurant for lunch or dinner.
The location is not good if you plan to visit many other places in Granada. The lack of variety of quality places to have lunch or dinner is a big issue and going to the downtown area for tourism requires a taxi both ways. Whenever I go back to Granada I will choose a downtown location as the Alhambra is a 4 to 5 hour visit versus the many other places in town where you can spend a few days visiting.

Location was great. Very close to Alhambra and accessible by bus. The staff were nice and friendly
The room was quite small and very damp. Wall insulation did not exist, and you could hear everybody. Very difficult for me to sleep. Breakfast was poor.

Location is very strategic (near Alhambra entrace and bus stop) just 200 meters walking. The staff is very nice. She told me about good restaurant in Granada with many options

Un des stores ne fonctionnait pas.
Locatie aan het begin van de stad naast het Alhambra en parkeerplaats. Je moet wel goed te been zijn om naar de stad te gaan. Het is een flinke daling en terug een stevige klim. Ontbijt goed verzorgd evenals de kamer.

Die Lage ist einfach top – nur etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Alhambra entfernt. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, und die Aussicht am Abend auf die beleuchtete Alhambra war einfach wunderschön. Auf Empfehlung des Hotels haben wir den Alhambra 24h-Parkplatz genutzt, der nur etwa 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt liegt. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren super sauber. Das Rezeptions- und Frühstückspersonal war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊
Alles hat uns gefallen.
Perfekt gelegenes Hotel. Ruhig und nahe der Alhambra. In 15 Minuten zu Fuss im Stadtzentrum, und retour mit dem Bus. Das Hotel selbst bietet alles was man braucht. In der Nähe hat es auch gute Restaurants.

Comme nous venions en bus ( arrêt tout proche), pas de problème de voiture à garer.

Petite fenêtre sans vue, mais ça ne dérangeait pas, vu que nous étions toute la journée en balade.
Very close to tha Alhambra, parking is possible close. We also liked the style and the breakfast was very delicious with fresh melon, fruits and bakery
