We are on holiday currently, nearing the end of our week here.
Reception ladies were lovely and always tried to help.
Bar staff were fine, didnt really interact with anyone but the Spanish, there was one bar staff member who had numerous complaints from English people due to his obvious disdain of the English, he was rude to them, would sometimes ignore them to serve others first.
Restaurant staff were ok, there are a couple openly rude people in there two, one female staff worker was just going around telling certain people to leave the restaurant due to clothing even though others were wearing the same and wasnt told to leave for example three people were told to leave for wearing sandals, or a damp tshirt having come in from the pool or not wearing a tshirt over their bikinis, while others doing the exact same thing were not told.
The food is ok..... depending on your tastes. Some think it was a good variety some didnt. For the week we were here, as a parent of two sen children and one fussy one, and being neurodiverse ourselves we mainly ate out for the week despite paying all inclusive. The first night here was fish, and fish and fish. The second was fish, some marinated chicken, spicy soup and other things that I couldnt tell you. They dont put what the food is anywhere, they just say if its meat or vegetable. The third night they had pigs heart. Don't get me wrong they did pizza but it had loads of things on it and again no where was written what was on the pizza. Didn't see one chicken nuggets the whole time we were here.
Rooms were nice. It was weird as a family room as they put two single beds in one part and two double beds pushed together in the other, so me and my husband ended up in the single beds while the kids had the doubles. Cleaners was probably the most hard workers.
There really isnt anything to do here for the kids. Depending on ages they will be very bored, very quickly. My kids ages range from 7 to 10 and all they really had to do was the pool and karaoke. The hotel is not big enough for the amount of people they let in.
They have day passes so anyone from anywhere can come in, plus the people staying, they have three pools and three slides, slides were good, pools were mobbed from morning until evening kick out. The tiles in the pool needs maintenance, the amount of people you here complaining of tripping over an uneven broken tile or cutting their toe on one. The lifeguards didnt actually guard life, they didnt do anything, two kids were struggling and got helped by other adults, one couple was very clearly having 'discreet' sex in the middle pool with everyone including their kid swimming around them. Life guard laughed.
The entertainment during the day, the kids club was just colouring. They put up didnt activities on the notice board but when you go to them, its still colouring.

Beach is about 5 to 10 min walk

Would 110 percent recommend mcgregors for food which is 5 mins away

So yea 3 stars because while there are some good points, it does get over shadowed by all the little bad moments coming together

I came here with my mum, brother, 3 daughters and niece. I'm gonna be honest when I first came I felt very disappointed. Lots of buildings surrounding it. The pool is too small for the amount of guests there are. The food is nice but not enough desert selection at all. There are some staff that are nice but majority really don't want to help and quite rude. The worst thing about this hotel is the air conditioning. It is right near the door and it doesn't make the whole room cool it has no power at all. The same with the whole hotel the air conditioning is non existent and we spent the whole time uncomfortable with the heat. There's no music round the pool. It was an ok holiday but would never come back here

Les chambres,le petit déjeuner

Tout est à proximité on peut tout faire à pied. C’est un grand hôtel avec une piscine pour enfant. Personnel est souriant et disponible et à l’écoute. Les places devant l’hôtel sont gratuites. De très grands lits. Animations le soir pour les enfants avec des mascottes… petit déjeuner variés.

Le personnel de ménage est le point fort, souriant et a l'écoute.

La ubicación es perfecta ya que si tienes peques hay muchas cosas en el establecimiento y cercanias para que se diviertan ,sin duda volveré a repetir me ido con mal sabor de boca ya que tenía ganas de quedarme más días 🥲

Las instalaciones, el personal la ubicación, nos ha encantado, los niños han disfrutado muchísimo
