El trato recibido por todo el personal. Súper atentos siempre.
Habitación amplia, colchón enorme y súper comodo. Cafetera cápsulas, nevera,amplio balcón,ducha enorme , no le falta ningún detalle.
Repetiremos seguro.

Incidente grave al finalizar la estancia
Pros:

El personal del hotel en general fue amable con nosotros durante la estancia. La ubicación es buena y el trato por parte de recepción fue correcto

Cons:

Lamentablemente, al finalizar nuestra estancia vivimos una situación muy desagradable y vergonzosa. Una persona que se identificó como propietario o responsable del hotel nos acusó de haber robado, sin pruebas y con un trato totalmente inapropiado (además de amenazados).

Nos sentimos humillados y señalados injustamente después de haber sido educados y respetuosos en todo momento.
Es una pena porque el resto del personal nos trató muy bien, pero este episodio empañó por completo la experiencia y nos hizo marcharnos con muy mal sabor de boca

Desconnexió genial.
Pros:

El personal, l’habitació, l’esmorzar, les vistes des de l’habitació, l’accés a Spa! Un bon descobriment per trobar-hi.

Cons:

Només que no vaig poder carregar el cotxe al pàrquing perquè no funcionava bé, però d’això no en té la culpa l’hotel. Tot genial!
