Great hotel and the best staff, especially Dolors. She is an absolute gem and the most helpful and generous person!
No geral, é um ótimo hotel, com bom quarto e funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O pequeno-almoço possuía várias opções, acredito que deve agradar diferentes gostos.
As únicas observações que faço para quem está pensando em reservar: a acústica entre quartos não é boa... Por duas noites ouvimos sons dos casais dos outros quartos... Além de que pela manhã também se ouvia todo arrastar de malas e dos objetos durante a limpeza dos quartos.
A outra questão é relativa a localização, para quem vem de trem a partir de Barcelona, são mais uns 20 min de caminhada após chegar na Estação de Calella. Fora a distância maior com relação ao trem, o hotel está muito bem localizado próximo ao acesso para a praia, e a muitas opções de restaurantes e lojas.
Considerando o custo-benefício, mesmo com estas observações, eu voltaria a reservar lá!

Nous avions une chambre vue sur mer, tout confort. Les repas étaient riches et variés, vraiment tout était parfait, rien à redire. nous recommandons vivement

Séjour de Quatre nuits en couple très très agréable. Personnel très chaleureux, très prévenant. Je suis personnellement en situation d'handicap et souffrant d'une maladie m'obligeant à un régime particulier, on m'a tout de suite proposé de me faire d'autres plats. J'ai trouvé cela formidable. On se sent vraiment apprécié, comme chez soi. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l'équipe.
Well satisfied by the location, food and hotel. However there were lots of teenagers staying who were quiet and well behaved during the day but were noisy during the evening/ night.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, bel accueil, agréable, à l'écoute.
Cependant, nous avons été gêné à cause du bruit extérieur, des chambres avoisinantes et du couloir, car mal insonorisé.
Sinon, buffet du petit déjeuner très complet et copieux, quant à celui du soir, copieux mais il 'ous a manquer des plats typiques espagnol, tel que la célèbre paella...
