Stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Professional service good clean if not smallish size rooms. We upgraded to sea view so bigger. Breakfast good... Small heated thermal pool good

The complimentary Brunch Buffet is what Heaven looks like. Really, this is 5 stars. The location couldn't be better, set among the lovely beachfront row on restaurant terraces. A comfortable room, everything you would need to enjoy your stay is provided, with a fine welcome, and unpretentious luxury. I can't wait to return next year, and not just for free Lemonade in the lobby. Value for money is off the charts, especially coming from USA, where Motel 6 would cost you more.

This hotel feels like they actually care about the guests. They provide so many freeservices which most others don't.
For instance:
Breakfast up until midday
Fresh fruit and cold drinks in the reception area
A glass of cava in the rooftopbar to welcome you
Snacks in the bar at 5pm each day
Alcoholic drinks at breakfast time
An amazing breadth of choices at breakfast, everything from black pudding to pawpaws
2 bottles of water in the mini bar each day

Whilst we didn't partake of the alcoholic drinks with our brekkie there was a choice of cava,whisky,baileys and others if you wanted them (and some did!)
The cleaning staff were excellent and made the room up to a very high standard every day
On the roof is a bar with covered and uncovered areas and a great view of the sea and the promenade
The reception staff are really helpful too
In terms of location it couldn't be better placed in central Sitges and is right opposite the beach.
There are many bars and restaurants in the immediate area, so you won't need to walk far.
All in all, one of the few hotels of the many we've stayed in which we would return to.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The room was quite spacious and nicely equipped – even had a capsule coffee machine, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Really pleasant place, I’d be happy to stay here again. Great base for a few days.

The hotel staff will bend over backwards for you to make your holiday good. The roof bar is the place to be but does get busy late afternoon. The breakfast is to die for you are just spoiled
For chose. The rooms are clean and fresh towels every day. Ask reception if you need an iron and ironing board.

Fantastic breakfast buffet included. Amazing location…..right across the street from the beach, and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Very friendly and accommodating gentleman on the front desk. Modern and clean room, with huge bed. My room had a terrace near the pool.

Great location. Great staff. Very clean. Bathroom and room would need some renovations. The toilet seat was broken. Amazing view. I got a room with a view of the sea

This was our 7th stay here and still really great. Housekeeping are excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are little perks like beach towel and bathrobe hire for a small deposit. Breakfast is on til late so you don't have to get up early and the choice on offer is immense. Everything you could ask for. Rooms are bright and airy but the whole hotel could do with a refresh. A bit of fresh paint here and there, some cracked bathroom tiles, worn carpets in places. Small details that didn't impact on our stay at all but would be nice. Will definitely come back yet again.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! Everything was spotless, and the service was both warm and accommodating. The rooms were spacious with large, comfortable beds, and the breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of food and drinks.
The concierge went above and beyond—on our last day, we were able to leave our bags and even use a shower room after returning from one final swim in the sea. We also received thoughtful extras, like a complimentary bottle of wine with lunch and a free glass of wine at the rooftop bar.
The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of town, just steps away from lively bars, great restaurants, and the historic center. A charming touch we loved was the fresh lemonade stand at reception, the perfect refreshment after a day at the beach or before heading out in the evening.
Truly a 10/10 stay—highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Sitges and we are so glad we booked Hotel Platjador! The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, had all the necessary amenities and was cleaned every day. Breakfast was included with our stay and it's honestly the best breakfast spread we've experienced. So much choice! The hotel is right next to one of the many beaches, and is a 5 minute walk into town.
The only negative point is that the lift was out of service a couple of days we were there and although it didn't massively impact us, we did witness an elderly guest (85+ year old) having to climb more than one set of stairs.
Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back, we have also recommended our friends to go there and some of them have already said they will get it booked in.

It’s a little old & tired in places but it almost adds to the character of the hotel.
Great rooftop bar and a free welcome drink of cava is a great idea as we actually had a few drinks!
Pool area is clean but does need a few more beds!
Breakfast is also very good.

Loved staying at Platjador again. Good and quiet rooms (if there is no event at the beach), nice pool, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Close to everything you need in Sitges. We'll be back again!

Stayed for 3 days. AC stopped on first day. Was corrected. On second evening AC stopped till next afternoon when technician came. Outside temperature high 90s F. On second day elevator broke down. On third day had to go downstairs with luggage to check out. Breakfast buffet excellent.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel - our first time in Sitges. The hotel is not particularly fancy or modern but this part of its charm. It is in a fabulous location, right on the beach. The rooftop bar is amazing with fabulous views across the beach and promenade. Breakfast was great and the staff are wonderful. The pool isn’t huge but who needs it when you’re opposite the beach?! I’d definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone wanting a central location and relaxed, old school vibe in Sitges.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and some friends at the hotel in July.

Fantastic location and really recommend getting rooms at the front with balconies as they have views of the beach and sea.

The property is excellent. With a beachfront location, it is conveniently located to centre of town which has an array of local shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Given its proximity to the nightlife, it can get loud in the evenings if you're poolside but the soundproofing of the shutters and doors to the balcony are effective. The staff on arrival and departure were incredibly efficient and friendly. The food offering at the breakfast buffet was wide-ranging with breads, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurts and English Breakfast options all available, as well as Spanish cuisines such as the cold meats and cheese section. The rooms were comfortable with large beds and television/DVD player and streaming options. The free WiFi and use of the safe were useful too. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and efficient, cleaning rooms to a good standard! The Nespresso machine and kettle with teas and coffees was also an added bonus. Despite its size, the spa pool area outside (first floor) was easily accessible and relaxing. It is well decked and there are a range of deckchairs available and the pool itself had a number of jets and a bubble pool. The rooftop bar with amazing views is a great spot to watch the sunsets. Best hotel we have stayed in on our visits to Sitges for many years.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sitges, right by the waterfront. While it’s simple and a bit dated in appearance, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm you and welcoming, and the service was genuinely good. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the highlight is undoubtedly the fabulous rooftop terrace with stunning views over the beach and sea. All in all, excellent value for money. I would use it again and highly recommend it.
