Pros:

Das Hotel habe ich ausgewählt als Geburtstagsreise und es war voll perfekt!
die Lage, Atmosphere, unser Zimmer

Cons:

Wäre nicht schlecht, dass es ein mehr vielfältiges Früstück gibt. Und auch natürlich für die Gäste, die für mehrere Nächten im Hotel bleiben - Waschleistung gäbe, wäre dann alles perfekt!

Très satisfaisant et très bien accueilli.
Pros:

Bien situé. Personnel très serviable et très agréable. Bon petit déjeûner. Très belle décoration de l'hôtel, chambres et parties communes (papiers peints panoramiques)

Cons:

Le parking n'est pas pratique. Il faut faire beaucoup de manoeuvres. Heureusement j'avais une petite voiture de location et pas une grande berline.
Peu de rangements dans la chambre, manque de patères.

Very pleasant, great town, lots of restaurants.
Pros:

Clean rooms, nice staff, balcony, view of the tree lined street.

Cons:

Slightly away from the very centre, but only a 10-15 min walk. No coffee machine in room.

Très belle situation géographique, tres propre avec du personnel attentif et dispos. Bel espace avec petit frigo, petit table avec ses deux chaises dans la chambre, balcon.je recommande cet établissement.

Chambre malheureusement situé à côté de la salle du petit déjeuner, donc réveillée à 6h45 par les préparatifs. La réceptionniste n’a pas fait d’effort pour me changer de chambre alors qu’il y avait un certain turn over dans l’établissement

Приємний дизайн, дуже чиста затишна кімната, чудовий балкон і частковий краєвид на гори. Готель близько до набережної.
Пані на рецепції була привітна і все нам пояснила. Окреме дякую що терпіли мої помилки у французькій і продовжували нею.

Сніданок на спекотній терасі, більше ми його не замовляли.

Exceptional hospitality in Ksamil
Pros:

I booked this room for my parents, and despite the initial misunderstanding regarding the payment conditions, everything turned out to be excellent.

The hotel was incredibly accommodating from the moment they arrived. Their room was prepared before the official check-in time, and the staff even contacted us in advance to ask when my parents would be arriving so everything would be ready.

They put so much effort into making their stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, the room was spotless, and the reception staff were always available, friendly, and helpful whenever needed.

My parents had a wonderful stay and felt genuinely welcomed throughout their visit. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We would happily recommend Muze Hotel to anyone.

Bell'hotel in posizione ottima, davanti ai giardini in zona tranquilla. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia generale buona.

Cons:

Colazione non adeguata al prezzo, soprattutto tenendo conto delle molte alternative in zona. Bella terrazza e personale gentile, comunque.
