they do not inform you about the fact that you are not able to bring someone you meet while you are on vacation to your room for some time. they say i need to pay the guy at the reception 50e if i eanna bring a girl with me for some time. he says 50e per hour its crazy work. the rooms are also. there were also days where they skip my room and not clean it. Only the night shift reception guy is bad and wants more money and is not polite and its super rude. the other guys are nice and warm and polite it was the worst experience i have had in my life with hotels so sad

La struttura è proprio sulla via principale, affacciata sul mare. Camere comode e pulite

Cons:

Le camere prenotate erano al 4 piano, l’ascensore era sempre bloccato al terzo piano perché non si chiudeva bene la porta. Nessun frigo in camera, l’acqua acquistata dovevamo berla calda. A luglio e con temperature elevate non può non esserci il frigo in camera.

Hyvä ja ystävällinen hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla.
Pros:

Ystävällinen ja kohtaava henkilökunta. Emme ostaneet aamiaista ennakkoon ja oli hyvä, että aamianen oli mahdollisuus valita oman tarpeen mukaan (eri hintaiset aamiaiset). Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotelli sijaitsi hienolla paikalla aivan meren äärellä. Parvekkeemme oli merelle päin ja horisontti näkyi silmänkantamattomiin! Aaltojen ääntä oli myös ihana kuunnella iltaisin. Ilmastointi toimi myös hyvin, vaikkemme sitä juuri tarvinneet.

Abbiamo cambiato stanza. La prima stanza era piccola, letto piccolo, avrei voluto uno specchio vicino al tavolo, il lavandino non lo riuscivo ad aprire. È stato scomodo cambiare stanza e soprattutto non avere la stanza allo stesso piano delle nostre amiche. La seconda stanza era perfetta tranne il bagno che era piccolo, doccia piccola, senza bidè e senza un appoggio.

Unrelaxed, worried, unenjoyable and expensive.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. Slap bang in a central promenade position close to banks, bars, shops, restaurants and the beach

Cons:

If you arrive by car, the parking choice is severely limited. The area in front of the hotel is classed as a loading bay and there are council employed parking attendants swarming around waiting to pounce, even if you explain to them ( in Spanish) that you are ‘ loading’ by dropping off or picking up your luggage. I received a 100E fine for picking up mine. There is nowhere to park the car up over night. You can try the car park 500 yards away at Sa Caleta but it is short stay and when you return to your vehicle in the morning you will find another 80E fine. I left the hotel a day early because I couldn’t handle the anxiety of it all any more and worrying if the car had been towed away. I explained this to the desk on leaving and he told me that the hotel has a parking option some distance away at 18E a night. Wasn’t told that checking in and rather expensive on top of the premium rate paid for a single room, Instead, I’m going home with a fist full of parking fines and memories of a holiday from hell!

Very clean, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the room is very comfortable, with a great view to the sea. The breakfast is abundant. A lot of bars and restaurants are located close to the hotel. Great value for money. We had a wonderful stay.
