La ubicación.
El día del check-in quisimos dejar las maletas pues llegamos pronto y queríamos hacer turismo, nos dieron la opción en dejarlas en unas taquillas que dispone el hotel insertando 2 euros (no retornables). Resulta que al día siguiente han retirado las taquillas sin habernos informado el día anterior de que las iban a retirar y sin darnos una solución alternativa. Nos ha condicionado el día de hoy (check-out). Muy mala atención porque han sido bastante asépticos y no han visto las necesidades del cliente. No repetiré. personal muy seco y política del hotel sin cuidar a los clientes En todos los hoteles me dejan dejar las maletas sin gastos extra o me suelen dar soluciones para que mi estancia sea más agradable..

Le bruit infernal subit pendant 1 heure dans la chambre 63. Il semblerait que cela provienne du jacuzzi ou de la piscine situé au dessus entre 21h et 22h.

Mucho ruido en los pasillos, pero es una cosa que en el hotel no pueden controlar y no es culpa suya

- Die Lage sehr gut und die meisten Geschäfte und Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar
- Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis gut (allerdings für die Hochsaison sicherlich deutlich teurer)
- Zimmer und Flure sehr hellhörig, am besten Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen
- Frühstücksbuffet für 11 EUR war angemessen und reichlich Auswahl
- PARKING. KATASTROPHE. Man mit 28-30 EUR / Tag in einem öffentlichen gesicherten Parking einrechnen, wenn man den Wagen nicht irgendwo an der Strasse stehenlassen will. In Betracht dessen wird der Aufenthalt deutlich teurer. Eine Email habe ich von der Unterkunft erhalten wo hingewiesen wurde daß keine Parkmöglichkeit angeboten wird, allerdings in spanisch und erst 2 Tage vor dem check-in wo es keine kostenfreie Stornierungsmöglichkeit mehr gab

Lo que no me gustó que en las reserva del HOTEL no especifican que la media pensión es un menú, no es bufet libre, ofrecen bufet libre solo en el desayuno.
