Para empezar atención al cliente 10/10. Reservemos para una noche pero me hubiera encantado quedarme un mes allí. Habitaciones impecables de limpias gracias a las amables trabajadoras, aparte eran increíbles, modernas no viejas. Camas cómodas y que me hacían sentirme pequeñita y dormí súper bien. El baño una maravilla, lo justo y necesario y la ducha increíble, agua caliente al instante. El desayuno UNO DE LOS MEJORES, nunca antes había quedado tan saciada y fruta en perfecto estado y comida de calidad hecha al instante por los amables cocineros. Encantada con el trato en todos los aspectos. Y después la joya de la corona, por el precio de la habitación tenías acceso al gimnasio que era pequeño pero justo lo necesario en donde pasé bastante rato y estuve muy tranquila, y después te incluía también la zona de piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi. Ambas cosas súper limpias y todo con mucha higiene, increíbles enserio. Y la piscina arriba del todo del hotel en donde podías ver el amanecer dentro de la piscina. Tenías vista a toda la playa. Increíble enserio. Repetiré sin duda el año que viene!!! Super recomiendo.

Que no te dejen unas chanclas y toalla gratis para subir a la piscina.

Pros:

For the first day we got a room where all the night was some noises from some engine. Discussing at reception they changed the room, and no other inconveniences appeared.
Also we had half board, and the food was very good.

Cons:

The first room where we accommodated had some bathroom smell and shower support was broken, but after they said that they are changing it, we didn't spend time discussing that.

Pros:

Skvěle jídlo , čistota pokoje , vybaveni , poloha . Večeře i snídaně luxusní stále doplňováno . Velká spokojenost

Cons:

Jediné minus ze světlo na balkoně automaticky svítí dlouho do noci a ruší při spánku nebo posezení na balkoně .

Hôtel très confortable en plein centre de Lloret sur l'esplanade le long de la mer
Pros:

Chambre confortable et calme. Buffets (soir et matin) excellents et variés. Personnel réactif. Très bien placé, le long de la promenade en plein centre.

Cons:

Accès un peu compliqué en voiture (mais possible de se "poser" devant le temps de charger/décharger). L'accueil nous a renseigné sur un parking gratuit (hors saison) à 15 mins à pied ; nous n'avons donc pas eu besoin du parking de l'hôtel (le stationnement en ville est vraiment cher).
Piscine un peu petite quand il y a du monde (mais c'est une piscine sur le toit...)

La propreté super et cette bonne odeur dans l'hôtel... Les repas sont sympas et de qualité... Le personnel très sympathique et agréable... Le calme dans l'hôtel et la piscine intérieure chauffée et le jacuzzi génial
Le personnel très gentil et à l'écoute... Et près à nous satisfaire.

Cons:

Ce serait bien qu'il est plus de choix pour les plats... Une horloge à la piscine serait appréciable pour gérer son temps ainsi que de la musique.
