Hotel Rosamar Maxim - Adults Only +21

We had a room on the fifth floor with a beatiful view and a nice balcony. There us a small gym and a small pool with a sundeck on the third floor. Location is good at the beach, no traffic noise. Breakfast ok, friendly service. Pretty small room, would more rank this hotel as a 3- 3.5 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast was fresh , tasty, served perfectly!

Awesome property! Room was. Like an apartment. Hotel is one of the only that is truly on the beach. Staff helpful and friendly.

Très bon accueil; chambre propre, confortable avec une belle vue sur la mer; accès presque direct à la plage. Possibilité de parking...mais arrivée en voiture pas simple.

Hôtel bien placé au bord de la mer. Le quartier est calme, pas loin du shopping, petit déjeuner excellent.
Par contre la chambre et la salle de bain sont très petites. Manque de place si vous êtes installés au bureau, vous ne traversez plus la chambre. Manque de prise de courant au bureau . Le personnel est à notre écoute et très serviable.
Mais nous avons passé néanmoins un bon séjour.

freundliches Personal, gründliche Zimmerreinigungen, meerseitige schöne Lage - jedoch Klimaanlage schwer regelbar, bei offenem Zimmerfenster oder Balkontür lärmen bis nach Mitternacht viele Touristengruppen und morgens ab 5Uhr Straßen-, und Strandreinigungsfahrzeuge und viele Gastronomie Zulieferer, eingeschränkte Schlafqualität…

The hotel is right on the beach, with many restaurants around or short walk. The beach was great very clean and crystal clear. The staff was great, Jan was wonderful he gave us great restaurant recommendations and help with our transportation needs to go back to Barcelona.

Enjoyed the location, staff was nice.

A mi parecer este hotel tiene una de las mejores localidades en Lloret de Mar. Está inmediatamente en la playa y con una variedad de restaurante. Las personas de la recepción nos trataron con mucha amabilidad, gracias a Jan que estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitaba. Nuestra habitación en el primer piso y con balcón tenía una vista privilegiada y si te gusta hacer senderismo, puedes hacerlo desde el hotel con una vistas increíbles.

Está muy bien ubicado, frente al mar, limpieza bien pero se puede mejorar y el desayuno y la recepción genial.

La posizione era ottima, ma la pulizia ci ha lasciati davvero delusi. Abbiamo trovato peli e capelli neri, abbiamo segnalato la questione in reception e la giustificazione è stata che le donne delle pulizie ne perdevano mentre pulivano, a mio avviso inaccettabile come motivazione.
Peggio ancora, i giorni successivi ne abbiamo trovati ancora nonostante la segnalazione.
Il bagno assolutamente non funzionale, ad ogni doccia si bagnava tutto.
Mi dispiace ma non torneremo. Ci saremmo aspettati più serietà per un 4 stelle, che tale non sembra.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, quiet away from the road and the views are amazing. The breakfast offer is until 1pm in the afternoon, you can sit inside with some views of the sea or there is seating outside on the promenade which is amazing and so lovely to have breakfast/brunch there. The room is fairly basic but nice, clean, the bathroom is modern and the view totally from the room and balcony sells it. The solarium is lovely to sit/lay out on also. Other facilities at the sister hotels nearby can be used. The lady on the reception is extremely helpful and always busy. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is getting old and needs a touch up. Beds need replacing. Shower starts running for no reason. Directions on how to work the AC would be helpful.. Umbrellas on the sunning deck would be nice even just 2.
Buffet is excellent. Staff are very willing to help.
