Очень понравился персонал, особенно русские девушки на ресепшен - Ольга и Виктория. Чудесное отношение, помощь по всем вопросам. Все очень доброжелательные. Отличное расположение отеля, вкусная еда, чизкейк вообще однажды был как в лучших ресторанах! Вкусное мороженое. Рядом прекрасный пляж.

Cons:

Изначально наш номер выходил на парковку, где расположены мусорные баки, мусор из которых в Испании с жутким грохотом вывозят в 3:00‼️ ночи! Так что первые ночи невозможно было спать от шума. Но когда я рассказала об этом Виктории с ресепшен, она сразу предложила поменять номер. И в стало отлично. Спасибо!

Nous reviendrons dans cette région, mais pas dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

La position géographique de l'hôtel: à deux pas de la plage, à proximité des commerces, la piscine ombragée. Le buffet soft mais copieux.

Cons:

L'attente très longue à l'arrivée (arrivée 14h-2h30 pour récupérer la carte de la chambre- une file de personnes devant nous- toujours la même file à 19h), aucunes excuses ni d'offre de compensation pour l'attente.
La fenêtre du logement était cassée, on nous a proposé de changer de chambre. Dans cette nouvelle chambre, le lit n'était pas fait pour notre enfant, nous l'avons finalement fait nous même en récupérant des draps et en récupérant nous même les serviettes de toilettes manquantes. Aucun effort financier ou compensation n'a été fait.
Finalement en partant nous avons demandé à rester un peu plus longtemps, possible pour la somme de 20€... il est dommage que cet hôtel n'est fait aucun effort pour nous dédommager de nos problèmes pendant ce séjour.
