Pros:

Excellent location to visit the old city centre at close walking distance. Good breakfast, friendly staff.
We did not use the parking at the hotel, as it turned out to be fairly easy to find a free spot on the street nearby (around 6pm Tuesday).

Cons:

The elevator is a bit small and closed, typical for these type of buildings. One should not be too claustrofobic. :-)

Unterkunft für die Durchreise sehr gut geeignet!
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, Betten waren sehr gut und Klimaanlage, etwas älteres Gebäude . Restaurant war geschlossen, hätten es gerne besucht!

Die Parkplätze waren wenig, hatten den letzten Parkplatz abbekommen.Frühstück war so la la .

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en trachtte de klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen bij de hitte.
Pros:

De kamer was in orde en netjes en had gelukkig airco. Er was spijtig genoeg geen mogelijkheid om een GSM op te laden op een nachtkastje of kort bij het bed.

Cons:

Airco in de ontbijtruimte (en tevens bar) was wenselijk. Er waren heel hoge temperaturen (meer dan 35 graden) tijdens ons verblijf en het zou aangenamer geweest zijn moest er airco geweest zijn. Door het gebrek eraan, werden de gordijnen in de ruimte gesloten om de zon buiten te houden. Over het algemeen, zou het gebouw wat modernisering kunnen gebruiken. Is misschien de 4 sterren niet meer helemaal waard.

I liked the clear and detailed advice at check-in and staff accommodated our need for car parking when spaces were limited.

Cons:

With the weather being unusually hot, adjustable air conditioning in the room would've been appreciated.

A great deal at a great quality hotel
Pros:

Great location for centre of Le Mans and a great deal. We travelled as a family of two adults and two teenagers and we had two high quality rooms with a connecting door
