Le petit salon
Très bel hôtel. Bonne situation. Calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique.

Overall it was fine and the comments I make are negligible but nevertheless if it’s not raised nothing will change.
There was no milk on the room tea/coffee tray. Even long life milk would have been ok. At breakfast the eggs ran out and there were insufficient plates available for residents. Small issues make a difference.
Beautiful well kept old building. Room clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Chef went out of her way to make sure our evening meal was suitable for my husband’s gluten free diet. Excellent evening meal and breakfast choices.
Very limited parking. We were lucky to find a parking space right outside the hotel. Not sure where we would have parked otherwise.

La situation
Plus rien pour le petit déjeuner à 9h... Le personnel se sert en même temps que nous pour le café, aucun choix pour le petit déjeuner... La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain est à revoir... Très décevant.

The interconnecting family rooms were large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.
Bathrooms could have done with a bit of an update (slightly tired)
Bel hôtel avec charme de l'ancien. Lit grand et confortable. Ascenseur petit mais fonctionnel. Localisation idéale : devant un arrêt de tram, très proche à pied du centre ville. Accueil très aimable, avec de précieux conseils pour se garer et trouver un délicieux restaurant. La bouilloire avec thé/café soluble à disposition dans la chambre est un vrai plus !
Parking minuscule, il faut vraiment avoir réservé. Mais grâce aux bons conseils, nous avons facilement trouvé à nous garer dans le quartier. Chambre calme mais nous donnions sur le palier d'étage et nous entendions un peu le passage des gens plus matinaux que nous
