It’s soft open, a lot of improvements have yet to happen. Would not stay again.
Pros:

Spa facilities, bed was comfortable.
They very kindly arranged a cake for a birthday
of a guest.

Cons:

Room temperature rose to almost 30C, law prevents the use of A/C, apparently. No fan, no offer to change rooms. I contacted them on what’s app, never heard back. But we received 6 emails between the two guests to give feedback, so here it is:
Rooms that get this hot are really not acceptable it’s not even summer yet.
Front desk suggested we
“Might get a room discount” (never materialised), we said around 2130 when passing the front desk that we would check out at 0700. They called us an hour later, we were already asleep, saying we could have a free massage the next day. Again we had to remind them we were leaving at 0700. There was a couple of football teams staying and making quite a bit of noise outside of our window.
Finally the front desk staff was vaping (I assume, saw the vapes and smelt the odors) not sure if that is allowed but it isn’t pleasant. They are using scents all over the hotel several times a day, again not sure why but the smell
Is overpowering.
The shampoo bottle was empty and the shower is a joke, water absolutely everywhere, that looks like it’s not properly installed. Finally the room phone does not have the number of the front desk mentioned anywhere, so you either go down in person or good luck with the what’s app.

Почну з не доглянутіе подвір'я спа грязне просто жах го ель на 3 зірки .кухня не смачна. Сніданки бідні .не рекомендую цей готель він не відповідає опису на букінгу

Bus station in front of the hotel, spa ok (large enough pool, sauna, jacuzzi), comfortable bed, lights in the room

Old furniture, not maintained well, spa very rusty, not maintained, large abandoned spaces (outdoor terrase, basement with broken pool table,etc), very poor breakfast (no vegetable), The Food restaurant has few options,taste far from Italian standard, closes at 9. Overall hotel

Top tutto tranne la camera
Pros:

Spa bella, organizzata, piacevole e aveva tutto il necessario. Ristorante e Colazione all’altezza! Cordialità estrema dello staff!

Cons:

La stanza, piccola, spoglia, la finestra si affacciava su un mattonato senza vista, piuttosto sporca, con formiche e pulita male durante le pulizie giornaliere. Avevo lasciato il tavolo un pochino sporco, e l’ho ritrovato come l’ho lasciato.

La camera è spaziosa e moderna, con ogni comfort. Il bagno è grande e pulito. La colazione è ottima, davvero squisita e varia, con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta!
Abbiamo avuto modo di usare la spa, dove abbiamo potuto rilassarci anche con delle ottime tisane, molto bella e pulita.

Cons:

Per raggiungere il centro è purtroppo necessario l'utilizzo di un veicolo, ma per il resto la valutazione complessiva è eccellente.
