War nicht schlecht, würde aber nicht nochmal hin.
Pros:

Moderne Zimmer und eine gute Parkplätze Parkplatzsituation vor der Tür. Ohne Auto ist man in San Marino aufgeschmissen.
Das Frühstück ist ganz gut und lange verfügbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel als Spa und Wellness Hotel zu bezeichnen wird dem Ruf nicht gerecht. Es ist eher ein Hotel, welches über einen solchen Bereich verfügt, den man als Zusatz noch mit nutzen kann. Es gibt einen Pool, eine finnische Sauna, ein Dampfbad und einen kleinen Whirlpool. Das Wasser im Whirlpool war abgestanden und hat modrig/ nach Schimmel gerochen, genauso wie das Dampfbad. Dieser Bereich wird dem Preis auf keinen Fall gerecht.
Von außen ist das Hotel nicht wirklich schön anzusehen. Das ist kein wirklich wichtiges. Kriterium sieht allerdings auf den Bildern besser aus als in Wirklichkeit.
Ich würde es eher als neutral bewerten. Wir haben als Geschenk zum Abschied eine Packung Tortillas erhalten. Vielleicht ist es eine Gepflogenheit in San Marino. Ich konnte es jedoch überhaupt nicht einordnen weshalb man so etwas sein Hotel Gästen als Abschiedsgeschenk mitgibt.

L'ambiente molto curato e pulito. L'accoglienza del personale molto piacevole e cortese. Non si è avvertito il distacco tra il personale della reception e il cliente, ma c'è stata un'attenzione costante e continua nel creare un'atmosfera di attenzione e cura in ogni ambito. Dall'assegnazione della stanza all'aperitivo, dai suggerimenti per la spa e la cura della persona, all'aperitivo o cena serale.
Ottimo il collegamento dell'hotel con i servizi di parcheggio e servizi convenzionati. Tutto perfetto e preciso. Gradito tantissimo il cadeau dell'hotel a fine soggiorno.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal! Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gleich ein Erfrischungsgetränk oder Kaffee angeboten. Meinem Freund wurde noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, weil die Dame an der Rezeption beim CheckIn bemerkt hat, dass er am Tag zuvor Geburtstag hatte. Komplett unerwartet und sehr, sehr nett, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war zwar sehr groß und mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet, jedoch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
