Come in moltissimi hotel la pulizia non era perfetta. Vengono lasciate indietro le cose meno scontate ...persiane vetri bocchettone di ventilazione placche a muro per luce e corrente
La polvere per che è allergico è un problema su ogni superficie ....soprattutto nei bocchettoni di areazione (condizionatore)

We enjoy the stay at The Regent so much!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we had all we needed. The location was so convenient, bus stop was just outside in front of the hotel and we were within walking distance from the cable car to go up to San Marino. I highly recommend!!!
