Zwiedzanie San Marino.
Pros:

Dogodne położenie hotelu. Pokój duży i komfortowy. Łóżka wygodne. Na korytarzu nieco duszno, ale pokój wyposażony jest w klimatyzację. Łazienka i sam pokój - są czyste, podobnie jak reszta hotelu.
Personel uprzejmy i komunikatywny. Bez problemu posługują się językiem angielskim.
Parking duży i wygodny.

Cons:

Oferta ze śniadaniem jest nieco na wyrost. Śniadanie w formie bufetu (tzw. szwedzki stół) pod względem wyboru jedzenia dość ubogie, a dodatkowo... brakowało jedzenia tzn. nie donoszono na czas i kilka osób nie mogło doczekać się np. na jajecznicę. W jadalni nie ma ekspresu do samodzielnego zaparzenia kawy albo herbaty - kawę trzeba zamawiać u obsługi. Jest to bardzo dziwne i nietypowe jak na obiekty noclegowe tej kategorii. W tym samym czasie rano śniadanie jadła grupa turystów chyba z Austrii. Pracownicy obsługujący gości robili co mogli, ale niestety nie dawali rady obsługiwać kilkudziesięciu osób - donosić jedzenie, zbierać zamówienia na kawę i przynosić kawę, sprzątać stoliki. Po prostu było ich zbyt mało, ale bardzo się starali i byli bardzo uprzejmi. Kierownictwo powinno zapewnić większą liczbę personelu do obsługi śniadań.

Ein kostenloses Upgrade, da das ursprüngliche Zimmer wohl noch nicht renoviert war(besonders das Bad) nette Geste :ein Welcomedrink. Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Man sollte dazu übergehen Handtücher nur dann zu wechseln, wenn sie am Boden liegen. Mittlerweile üblich im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit muss man nicht täglich die Handtücher wechseln

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Hotelrestaurant war gut

Leider kann man das angebotene Schwimmbad erst nachmittags nutzen.

Ich bekam sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk.

Pro hosta který si přeje být ubytován v pětihvězdičkovém hotelu tak absolutně nedoporučujeme !!!
Cons:

Tento hotel ma mnoho let stare fotografie. To vybydlena budova ktera nesplnuje ani tri zvezdy. Snidane šok! Otres, zapach s pripalenych vanice od pusteneho ohne. Kvalita otres myslim, ze to je ostuda hotelu. K snidani jsme si nic nedali a ikdyz jsme meli zaplaceny hotel na dva dny, tak jsme se další den přestěhovali do jiného hotelu. Tento hotel by měl okamžitě zrušit kategorie 5 hvězd. A skromně napsat 3 hvězdy a ještě se obávat jestli to bude stačit!!!!
