Pros:

Ein kostenloses Upgrade, da das ursprüngliche Zimmer wohl noch nicht renoviert war(besonders das Bad) nette Geste :ein Welcomedrink. Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Man sollte dazu übergehen Handtücher nur dann zu wechseln, wenn sie am Boden liegen. Mittlerweile üblich im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit muss man nicht täglich die Handtücher wechseln

Upgrade suite war sehr geräumig, Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr ruhig.
Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Hotelrestaurant war gut

Cons:

Leider kann man das angebotene Schwimmbad erst nachmittags nutzen.

Am besten war die sizilianische Rezeptionistin.
Sie war super freundlich, kompetent und hat sich sehr gut um all meine Anliegen gekümmert
Ich bekam sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk.
Über solche Mitarbeiterinnen kann sich ein Unternehmen nur glücklich schätzen.

Pro hosta který si přeje být ubytován v pětihvězdičkovém hotelu tak absolutně nedoporučujeme !!!
Cons:

Tento hotel ma mnoho let stare fotografie. To vybydlena budova ktera nesplnuje ani tri zvezdy. Snidane šok! Otres, zapach s pripalenych vanice od pusteneho ohne. Kvalita otres myslim, ze to je ostuda hotelu. K snidani jsme si nic nedali a ikdyz jsme meli zaplaceny hotel na dva dny, tak jsme se další den přestěhovali do jiného hotelu. Tento hotel by měl okamžitě zrušit kategorie 5 hvězd. A skromně napsat 3 hvězdy a ještě se obávat jestli to bude stačit!!!!

Bella struttura. Alcune piccole pecche da migliorare se si pretende di essere un 4 stelle

Struttura nuova molto confortevole. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale molto gentile. Omaggio alla fine del soggiorno

Cons:

Per un 4 stelle si pretende un livello superiore e alcune cose non possono essere ammesse e devono essere attenzionate meglio: le federa del letto era bucata, il rubinetto del bagno era tutto ossidato (strano per una struttura nuova), nella sala colazione non erano presenti delle macchine automatiche per erogazione bevande calde e bisognava attendere il servizio al tavolo, alla sera i posti auto nel parcheggio dell’hotel non erano sufficienti per il numero degli ospiti presenti.
