Struttura grande e buona posizione

Cons:

Poco curata anche se ho soggiornato in una economy (che non si fanno pagare poco)mancavano le cose basilari tipo zanzariere frigo bar, per una bevanda fresca obbigato a acquistare al distributore con prezzi alle stelle,non c'era l'aria condizionata,la colazione servita a tavolo ok ma molto basilare

O hotel fica em um lugar charmoso da Toscana e tem uma ótima piscina.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado, que é automático, ele desligou e não ligou mais. Quando busquei um fone com informações, só achei um número de WhatsApp. Enviei mensagem de madrugada, não tem concierge passando a noite no local (poderia ter um número de telefone mais claro na recepção). Me responderam de forma SUPER grosseira, me culpando pelo sistema ter desligado, foi inacreditável. Nunca mais me hospedaria neste lugar, pois me senti maltratada. Meu filho vomitou logo em seguida por conta do calor. Como agora é verão, lá tem muitos mosquitos, porque é no meio da montanha, e não tinham um repelente para vender ou emprestar. Falta muito preparo da equipe.

Fantasztikus toszkán menedék – Csodás panoráma és kikapcsolódás!

Egy kiváló ár-érték arányú, környezetbarát 3 csillagos szálláshely, amely tökéletes kiindulópont Toszkána és a Val d'Orcia régió felfedezéséhez.
A szálloda egy dombtetőn fekszik, ahonnan 360 fokos, lélegzetelállító panoráma nyílik a környező tájra, a toszkán dombokra és magára Montepulciano városára. A napfelkelte és a naplemente a szoba erkélyéről vagy a kertből egyszerűen varázslatos.
A szobák rendkívül tágasak, tiszták és kényelmesek. A fürdőszobák modernek.
A hatalmas, gondozott kertben található hidromasszázs funkcióval ellátott szabadtéri medence tökéletes hely a relaxációra egy-egy kirándulós nap után.
Külön pozitívum, hogy a szálloda figyel a fenntarthatóságra, és megújuló energiaforrásokat használ.

Cons:

Reggeli silány,kevés volt. Csak az elorecsomagolt pár kis édesség volt. Pár szelet felvágott és ehetetlen kenyér szeletek. Ezen kívül viszont minden szuper volt.
Illetve a fürdőszobában nem volt folyekonyszappan.

Camera molto spaziosa, bagno compreso.

Il bagno aveva una grossa perdita dalla doccia che abbiamo tamponato con degli asciugamani.
Cosi facendo abbiamo notato che il pavimento non era particolarmente pulito.
La colazione, anche se non avevamo grandi aspettative viste le recensioni.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is really great - on a quiet hill among pine trees with a beautiful view over the valley.
The pool area is also nice - we're sorry we didn't have more time to enjoy it.
The staff was really helpful.

Pros:

La piscine est super pour les enfants car il y a un bout où ils ont pieds sans risques et de l’autre côté du muret c’est pour les adultes.
Il y a même un maître nageur à la piscine qui est génial, il est super gentil et toujours là si on a besoin de quelque chose ou d’infos.

Cons:

La partie jaccuzzi de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas.

Localização para quem estiver de carro. Estacionamento

Cons:

A estrada de acesso para o hotel está em péssimo estado de conservação. O café da manhã é muito fraco. Só tem café e olhe lá. A recepção do hotel fecha de 11 da manhã até 15 horas da tarde e depois fecha as portas as 24 horas. Se vc chegar para o check-in nesse período vai ficar esperando na porta do hotel. Não tem frigobar no quarto. O hotel está mais para uma pensão familiar do que hotel 4 estrelas. Não tem restaurante.
