Pros:

The room was a lot nicer than you would assume looking at the building. Pleasantly surprised.
The staff and service was 5 star. They were very attentive. We asked for water and it was delivered within 5 mins. Nice play to stay near airport. Shuttle service to airport for 20 euro cash which was 1/3 the price of a uber or taxi which was very convenient.

Pros:

Had a nice quick stay at the Rome airport for one night. Only issue were the transportation options which we had to figure out on our own. For future reference the Best Western next store offers a shuttle that can be reserved in advance for E8 per person each way. Also the public bus for E7 goes right to the hotel. They also offer a shuttle service for E20 each way but we couldn’t get a hold of him when we tried. Overall good option for an overnight before a flight from Rome.

Pros:

That was all good. Our plane was delayed and car rental took a long time so we didn’t get there til after 11:00 pm. Thankfully someone was there but told us they were usually gone by that time. Not sure what we would have done. That was unnerving. Short stay but good

The bathroom was not too clean specially the shower, the towels were dirty nothing compare with white clean towels. The test was ok. Location is good and the restaurants near the hotel were great

Helpful and accommodating staff. Clean and convenient rooms. Could have staff on at 8am to assist with airport shuttles - we helped someone out whose drivers had not arrived.

Pros: Room was spacious. Area was quiet so we had a great night of sleep. Few restaurants close to the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful. Easy reservation for transportation to airport and driver was punctual.

Cons: Elevators for baggages only. Hot water for shower was not consistent.
