Können das Hotel für einen Urlaub länger als 2 Tage nur bedingt weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Top Frühstück.

Cons:

Schlecht ausgestattestes Bad, dass auch noch viel zu klein für 2 Personen ist. Trotz Reklamation konnte der Mangel des schlecht ablaufenden Wasser im Waschbecken nicht behoben werden. Eine blonde Servicedame im Hotel und auch teilweise im Restaurant, war massiv unfreundlich.

Exceptional facilities with wonderful breakfast and an excellent restaurant menu with food prepared to a very high stand
Pros:

The location is on the ferry routes and a short car or bus ride to Belagio which gives you access to anywhere. The views across and up the lake from here are wonderful.

Cons:

It’s traditional with a modern feel and has been maintained exceptionally well. Lovely facilities with plenty of room. Access to the lakeside restaurant and sun deck is simply across the road.

Pros:

חדר גדול עם נוף מדהים לאגם, שירות נקיון כל יום, דק עם גישה למים ישירות ומיטות שיזוף, טרמפולינת מים סאפ וקיק בחינם, אפשרות לפעילויות מים נוספות (אבוב וכן) במחירים סבירים, מכונת קפה טובה בארוחת בוקר. המיקום מעולה למי שעם רכב נהגנו ממש כמה דקות להרבה מקומות יפים.

Cons:

אין ירקות בכלל בארוחת בוקר בצורה קיצונית,אבל יש מה לאכול לצאת שבעים - מוזלי, קורוסון, קפה,ריבות ועוגות.. אין שפע של חניה , אבל הם מפעילים מישהו שלוקח את המפתחות ומזיז את הרכבים, הרגשתי בטוח להשאיר בידיים שלהם.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing location.
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of Lake Como, and the restaurant serves delicious food and excellent drinks. I also loved the lakeside deck, which was perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and swimming in the lake — a wonderful feature that I wasn't expecting.

Cons:

The check-in process could have been better explained. I was not given the Wi-Fi password or informed that the reception entrance would be locked at night, nor was I provided with the access code. As a result, I was locked outside the hotel for more than 30 minutes at 2:00 a.m. without knowing how to get back in. The checkin process and access to the hotel need to be improved.
The room would also benefit from blackout blinds or curtains, as the amount of natural light coming in early in the morning made it difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Stunning hotel and lakefront dining and bathing. The food range for breakfast is excellent!

Fabulous hotel, amazing views & welcoming staff
Pros:

Fabulous from the time we booked. Pre arrival questions answered really quickly, very helpful staff. On arrival everyone was welcoming. Our room was fantastic, facilities great. Restaurant was lovely & most staff welcoming. Bar staff were great. Breakfast was amazing - every possible option was available.

Cons:

Our last day the decking area outside our personal verandah was t as Hannover all afternoon by photo team & personalised table etc. felt unable to utilise our area. Would have been nice for prior notice so we could have gone out & not felt captive in our room

Pros:

Booked a small single room out the back which was excellent value for money. This is a gem of a property essentially on the lake front with wonderful views excellent dining lake front access with beach chairs. Lovely ambience. Bus almost at front door. Ferry less than 10 min walk.
Staff welcoming. Room tasteful decor super clean with very comfortable bed and linens. Very quiet. Good nights sleep.
Breakfast. Good to see such a wide range of fresh fruit nuts and seeds for a plant based diet
Highly recommend. Would love to stay here again.
