Por culpa de las inclemencias del tiempo no pudimos disfrutar de las tumbonas y la plataforma que hay en el lago.

Hotellet ligger med en fantastisk udsigt over søen. Vi boede i et flot værelse med egen terrasse med stole og liggestole. Hyggelig restaurant med god mad, og meget venlig personale både på Hotel, bar og restaurant.
Everything. The quality of the service of the employees (receptionist, breakfast waitresses...) was beyond amazing. The cleaning people who cleaned our room was very fast and efficient.

Assez cher mais service parfait
Das Haus und das Zimmer war sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Terrasse und herrlichem Blick über den See, in der 'Villa'. Alles extrem sauber. Frühstück hervorragend, Personal sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit, Restaurant super und vergleichsweise preisgünstig. Typisch italienische Bar. Parkplätze frei und überdacht vorhanden. Wir waren mit Wohnmobil unterwegs, sie hatten für uns extra eine Garage in entsprechender Höhe arrangiert. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen/Gassirunde an Seepromenade und Seestrand schön. Haben trotz direkt am Haus vorbeiführender SeeStrasse hervorragend geschlafen. Das Haus hat 3*, aber teilweise min. 3+* bis 4* verdient. Wirklich ein liebevoller Ort
Das einzige was speziell für uns unangenehm war, war die Seestrasse, die Haupthaus und Villa und Restaurant von einander trennt. Je nach Verkehrslage eine 'Herausforderung', insbesondere für unsere Hündin, die aus dem Tierschutz kommt und eine Wahnsinnsangst hatte an der Strasse entlang zu gehen, auf die Gassi-Runde. Motorräder und Autos rasen eben mit italienischem Temperament ziemlich durch. Wer jung ist und ohne schreckhaften Hund, oder kleine Kinder, nimmt das vermutlich schmerzfrei.
Staff is just incredibly hospitable, Alessandro at the parking helped me to park the car in the very narrow parking spot, I'm very thankful to him!
The transport connection was not perfect, buses are usually full and it's hard to get to another city, I recommend using the ferry, the station is not far away

La habitación hermosa, la cama muy cómoda, el personal muy amable. El desayuno espectacular. El hotel es precioso y la vista al lago es espectacular.
En Lezzeno no hay nada para hacer, si sos viajero solitario mejor quedarse en el centro de Como. El servicio de Bus del lugar es muy malo. Realmente llevo 45 días viajando por Europa y no parece Europa, ni en el tercer mundo he visto un servicio tan malo. No pude moverme del hotel por temor a no poder volver. El taxi me cobró 110€ por 20min de viaje.
