Geniale Pizza, authentische Mitarbeiter, aber leider war das Zimmer ein Flop

Amazing, relaxing retreat
Pros:

The location was amazing as was the amenities! The dock area was so nice and relaxing but also had a lot of fun activities. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. The room could have been bigger as our luggage/bed took up most of it, but we really didn’t spend that much time in the room! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here and/or buying a day pass to the dock.

I like to visit places that locals go. Lezzeno is amazing. And Vila Aurora was the best place!
They have this incredible lake house and you can rent from kayaks to paddle board or go for water ski lessons.

The breakfast is really good and complete.

The restaurant from the hotel is really good bu I also recommend a Osteria 100m from there. It’s good to make reservations.

We did a 2h boat tour to see the villas around.

Staff were really helpful, they booked the restaurants for us and gave us all kinds of help.

The room was super clean. We got the room w balcony, I recommend.

Cons:

When I arrived I complained because my room was on top of the smoking area.

They fix it with a sign of no smoking. And it was a great solution.

Pros:

The service of the ladies in the reception and the restaurant. The views and proximity to the lake.

Cons:

The room was not what I saw in the photos shared by the hotel and what I booked for. The room was in the basement, at the level of the lake and due to the humidity, a noisy dehumidifier had to run all day.. and night.
