We really loved our stay here. What a beautiful city!!
Pros:

The location was excellent, it’s situated in the heart of the old town. Wonderful!

Cons:

It has an elevator. They offered us umbrellas during rainy weather. The separate toilette room. It felt safe and secure. The windows opened. The bed was comfy. Lots of shopping and eateries in the immediate area.

Everything was perfect. The hotel’s location, room, and cleanliness were truly excellent. Ms. Salma at the reception was very helpful and friendly. She arranged a wonderful room for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location right in the historic old town.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean and nice and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful and for a short city this was a perfect location to walk the historic town centre and sights.

Hotel qui a le défaut de ses qualités. Idéalement situé en centre historique avec tous les désagréments que cela peut engendrer...je ne me attendais pas à avoir autant d'activités nocturnes en ce mois de février ... les oies sauvages de Michel Delpech ont été passablement écorchées par des fêtards à 3h du matin sous notre fenêtre. Dommage. Ravis de notre week-end malgré tout.

Séjour en pleine vieille ville avec tous les restaurants / commerces à proximité
Pros:

Etant en basse saison, nous avons bénéficié d'un tarif raisonnable pour Annecy. L'hôtel est situé le long d'un petit canal et notre chambre (N° 303) bénéficiait d'une vue sur la "rivière". Bien que petite, elle était tres fonctionnel (salle de bains et toilettes séparées). Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner mais il est proposé (EUR 15.-). Nous avons énormément apprécié la proximité de la brocante mensuelle (dernier samedi du mois). De plus, l'hôtel nous a offert une nuit au parking Bonlieu (5 - 10 minutes à pied).

Cons:

Aucun commentaire négatif vu également l'empathie du staff.
