L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale nell'area pedonale e quindi non è direttamente raggiungibile con l'auto ma si deve parcheggiare in uno dei parcheggi pubblici vicini. L'hotel fornisce uno sconto sul costo del parcheggio.
La mattina del giorno di arrivo ho ricevuto un messaggio dall'hotel che mi informava che l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Quando siamo arrivati a fare il check in è stato chiaro che non si trattava di un caso sfortunato ma che il sistema di aria condizionata non è adeguato e che in particolar modo le camere all'ultimo piano (dove era la nostra) sono impattate dal problema. Il ragazzo alla reception ci ha offerto uno sconto del 20% sul prezzo e ha detto che se dopo la prima notte non eravamo soddisfatti potevamo lasciare l'hotel senza penali.
In camera abbiamo trovato dei ventilatori che non sono stati sufficienti a permetterci di riposare bene e quindi il giorno dopo abbiamo lasciato l'hotel.
Sicuramente non torneremo in questo albergo e opteremo per altre alternative in zona a prezzi simili.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, en plein centre historique et la chambre en soupente était mignonne et très bien équipée. L'hôtel prend la nuit à sa charge dans plusieurs parking proches. Une très bonne expérience.

L amabilité du personnel
Le bruit assourdissant d une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas , le siège des toilettes qui n est pas fixé , les photos sont mieux prises que la réalité. Payer plus cher pour une chambre premium ne sert sûrement à rien , petite vue sur le canal , aucun intérêt. Impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres a cause du bruit , cet hôtel est parfait si vous avez 20 ans ou si vous aimez vous coucher tard .

The air conditioner was not functioning and the room was right under the roof. It was unbearable during the day.

La situation est parfaite au coeur de la vieille ville à quelques secondes du palais de l'Isle. quartier vivant, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et à deux pas du lac.
Pas de parking direct (mais possibilité d'accéder aux parkings publics en dehors de la vielle ville si des places ont disponibles).
Tout était parfait. grande chamvre avec superbe vue sur la ville.

Weinig voor veel geld
Ayant réservé pour deux, j'ai malheureusement dû annuler la deuxième pour cause de décès dans la famille. L'établissement a été très compréhensif pour annuler sans frais la deuxième nuit.
Chambre très exigu avec petite fenêtre avec vue sur les toits. Chaleur suffoquante, clim défectueuse, Eclats de voix provenant de la rue jusqu'à passé 3 heures du matin !
Clean room and friendly staff.
The air-con was an antique and didn't provide any relief from the heat. The hotel is in a great location and you can't expect much space but the room was cramped and the place needs updating - especially the bathroom and air-con is needed in the summer so we weren't able to sleep. It was the most expensive of all the places we stayed and provided the least.

L’emplacement et le petit dej même si avec du thé Earl Grey ce serait mieux, 😉. Existe aussi dans la marque 2 marmottes
La douche et la s’en qui sont vraiment toutes petites. La moquettes qui a des taches et surtout la Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. Et surtout de ne pas nous en informer au préalable.

Parfait emplacement de l hotel avec un accueil chaleureux. Malheureusement la chambre demanderait un sacré rafraîchissement voire des travaux : nous avons vraiment souffert de nos 3 nuits sans climatisation, une moquette pleines de taches et une salle de bain avec moisissures, sans rideau et fuite du tuyau de douche. Quel dommage !
