Швидко знайшли. Готель знаходиться в самому центрі старого міста.

Cons:

Все маленьке та компактне, але нам було комфортно. Вид з віконечка був практично закритий іншими дахами будівель.

Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and convenient stay in Annecy!
Pros:

Location was phenomenal and the rooms were clean and modern!

Cons:

Helpfulness of the staff really depended on the person at the reception desk. The staff member who checked us in was excellent and very knowledgeable, but when we inquired about a few other things over the course of our stay (e.g., help booking a driver for a visit to a local town, hours of operation of a popular museum, inquiry re: late check out) we had someone else who was not as helpful, didn't know as much about the surroundings, and didn't seem willing to go the extra mile to help. Additionally, we paid an additional fee for late check out but when we got back to our room for the final hour to pack and freshen up, they had shut off the air conditioning (buttons/switches would not work) so it was not very comfortable and we ended up leaving early.

L'accueil principalement au petit-déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel de réception et de service était très agréable

Cons:

Booking devrait se déplacer lui-même dans l'établissement pour évaluer le niveau de bruit issu de la cour intérieure (ventilation). Les fenêtres ne permettent pas une isolation phonique correcte. je vous laisse le soin d'évaluer vous-même la qualité WC / salle de bain

Tiny room, beds headboard was made of triangle shaped wood which made it exceptionally uncomfortable to sit up and watch tv or read.

Personnel bilingue très attentif au confort et soucieux de répondre aux questions.

Cons:

La réception est située au 1er étage avec ascenseur.

La taille de la chambre, ridiculement petite et donc exiguë.
Le plafond en sous pente, inadapté aux personnes de plus de 1,50 m.
L'absence de volet ou de rideau occultant => à 7h00 plein soleil, donc impossible de dormir.
Absence de meuble pour poser sacs et valises, de table, de rangement pour les vêtements et le linge.
Abattant de WC mal fixé, tuyau de douche fuyant.

Die Kluft zwischen den Hochglanzfotos und der Realität war erschreckend groß.

Wir hatten aufgrund der Bilder ein ganz anderes Zimmer gebucht. Vor Ort wurden wir jedoch in ein deutlich kleineres und ungepflegtes Zimmer einquartiert, das mit den gezeigten Fotos kaum etwas gemeinsam hatte. Für einen Preis von 225€ pro Nacht war das eine große Enttäuschung. Auf unsere Beschwerde reagierte der Hotelier zudem verärgert statt lösungsorientiert. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.
