L'emplacement, le personnel tres sympas, le petit dej et le lit confort

Lors de la première nuit, ma fille et moi n’avons réussi à dormir qu’à 3h du matin : la porte ne fermait pas complètement et la lumière du couloir éclairait toute la chambre. La réception a été très gentille et nous a proposé une chambre supérieure, plus spacieuse et sans problème de lumière. Malheureusement, le matelas était inconfortable et je n’ai jamais bien dormi pendant nos 4 nuits. Je venais me reposer et fêter mon anniversaire, mais je n’en suis pas sortie satisfaite.

L’équipe de l’hôtel est très sympathique et l’emplacement est excellent.

Un hôtel où on se sent très bien accueilli et très agréable.
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’amabilité du personnel, la qualité du matelas et la qualité du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La douche pas très pratique et le robinet du lavabo très joli mais peu pratique à fermer complètement.

Für einen Kurztripp nach Annecy eine ausgezeichnete Adresse
Pros:

Die Lage in Annecy ist toll, das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Wasser mitten in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet - das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit Blick auf den Innenhof, da lässt man das Fenster besser zu. Das Zimmer eher beengt und wenig Raum zum Bewegen. Von der Parkgarage ist es in die Innenstadt ein weiterer Weg und je nach dem, wo man parkiert, ziemlich steil.

Très bien placé et facilement accessible tout au long de la journée.
Chambre spacieuse et très bien isolée phoniquement de la rue passante.
Petit-déjeuner fourni et varié.
Personnel très agréable.
Offre intéressante pour le parking.

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement même si elle est propre et fonctionnelle.
La literie manquait de confort à mon goût.
Température assez élevée la nuit (février).

Nice quiet and comfy space in great location
Pros:

Nice location near the lake. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. the bathroom and shower need a bit of repair, (shower glass did not seal the wall properly) but they were clean

Personnel au top, emplacement parfait et chambre agréable
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable, la chambre est spacieuse et l'emplacement est parfait ! En plein cœur de ville, tout à pied. Petit plus : l'hôtel nous paye les nuits dans les parkings qui sont à deux pas (Hôtel de Ville). Et notre petit chien a été accepté dans l'hôtel, un vrai bonus !

Cons:

Seule point faible, la salle de bain qui mériterait un petit rafraichissement.
