Pros:

Accueil incroyable, gentillesse du personnel de la salle à manger, de la réception.
Hotel bien situé, calme, petit et familial.

Cons:

La femme de ménage qui n est pas venue faire la chambre car nous étions souvent à l interieur, mais nous sommes partis 2h en laissant le panneau pour nettoyer et elle n est pas passé alors qu elle nous a vu partir. J ai finalement dit au retour que ça n etait pas la peine de venir. Il

Petit hôtel très bien placé
Pros:

Accueil très charmant ! Plein de conseils bienvenus et de gentillesse. L'emplacement est parfait, central, à côté du train, du centre et du lac. Dog friendly.

Cons:

Le matelas était creusé, il faudrait le changer. Une bouilloire, des verres ou des tasses réutilisables seraient un petit plus.

Wonderful 5 days in Annecy
Pros:

For Annecy, which is an expensive city, the price was very reasonable. In addition, everyone on the staff was super super friendly and helpful in every way. Breakfast was generous, fresh and very good.
Rooms are very comfortable and convenient. It is located in the city center with restaurants all around and all there is to see is within walking distance. Open 24/7 and non smoking!
If I ever go back to Annecy, this is the place I'll stay again.
