So satisfied!!!! If wifi is improved, I'll stay again.
Pros:

Decent price. The location is good as it's a few minutes away from the main bus/train station. Staffs are really friendly and kind. Room is tidy. Everything essentials are provided. Since the weather was crazy hot, A/C helped a lot.

Cons:

Wifi is often too slow to do some research or watch netflix on my phone. It's on top floor with small windows, so I didn't have any view. It was fine considering the price. One soap for both of shampoo and body. I would have brought my own shampoo and body soap if I knew it.

Great stay and staff
Pros:

Very comfortable place and very delicious breakfast. A great thank you to the staff, especially Christophe, for their hospitality. At one point we lost our luggage and the staff was very helpful and nice to us. A wonderful stay and I strongly recommend it.

The host, Jeff was very kind and helpful! We were able to store our bicycles safely. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent stay, super friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Staff, small hotel, middle of town, staff so helpful and friendly with small logistics,
Happy to stay there again

Cons:

Nothing really, it’s a traditional small hotel, if you understand that then it’s all good.

Perfect for a train traveller wanting access to Vieux Annecy
Pros:

Perfect if you are not claustrophobic, it is a little squishy for a 6foot3 male

Cons:

Not much really. Can't think of anything given the location, quietness, cleanliness and friendly staff.
