Tutti giorni la stessa cosa da mangiare a colazione , menù di pranzo e cena sempre pasta , poca scelta di piu abbiamo mangiato fuori che nel albergo .

Wir wurden von der Familie sehr gut aufgenommen.
Die ganze Familie sind sehr freundlich, beim frühstücken und Hessen wird man persönlich vom Chef bedient, eine sehr freundliche Person.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Viking per 11 notti, dal 18 al 29 agosto, e non possiamo che parlarne in modo più che positivo. Fin dal primo momento siamo rimasti colpiti dall’accoglienza: il proprietario e i suoi figli ti fanno sentire subito a casa, con una cordialità genuina e una disponibilità rara da trovare.

La loro presenza costante e l’attenzione ai dettagli creano un’atmosfera familiare che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Sempre pronti a scambiare due parole, a dare consigli utili sulla zona e a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza, riescono a trasmettere la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro.

L’hotel nel complesso è curato, pulito e ben organizzato, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è il calore umano che si respira grazie alla gestione familiare.

Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere e che consigliamo a chi cerca non solo un buon hotel a Viserbella, ma anche persone sincere che sanno accoglierti col sorriso.

L'hotel in generale ci è piaciuto, buona location, buon cibo, sembra quasi di stare in famiglia.
La stanza è buona, ben arredata ed in ordine. Il bagno è un pò piccolo, ma direi nella media del dimensionamento della camera. Personale gentile e sempre presente.

Cons:

Addette alle pulizie brave, ma un pò insistenti sul voler pulire la stanza, anche se richiesto di non disturbare.
Stendini sul balcone assenti, almeno nella nostra stanza.
La mancanza di un frigobar di base nella camera.
Un climatizzatore troppo "dolce" per quel che riguarda la temperatura.
Materassi un pò duri.

E' Hotel essenziale, però non manca niente compresa piscina/aria condizionata in camera ascensore moderno.

Cons:

Le camere sono ok (tv, aria cond) anche se necessiterebbero di un rinnovamento (bagno, infissi, balconcini). Il servizio ristorante è essenziale/basico, non stupisce... anche se non manca nulla sopratutto a colazione.

Frühstück war gut, Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen war immer sehr lecker und sehr gut sind immer mehr als satt geworden.

Très bel emplacement de l'hôtel, très proche de la plage gratuite et pas trop proche pour être au calme.
Les repas sont copieux et bien cuisinés.
La petite piscine plaît aux jeunes enfants car elle est peu profonde, la plage aussi d'ailleurs.
Le personnel est très serviable et les cocktails sont bons.

Cons:

Il faut demander pour avoir les renseignements de base. Mais le personnel est très serviable et se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire !
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré avec un pain complet, quelques aliments moins sucrés..
