早餐不错，但是，他们不能像其他酒店，起不来可以把早点带回房间吃，其他都很好！特别是办理入住的前台服务员，人非常nice，想客人所想；清洁房间的服务员，认真、负责，还很幽默！下午饭在酒店美丽的大露台上吃，味道不错，很惬意！

Fantastisk personal. Alla var supertrevliga och väldigt serviceminded. Lite tråkiga rum. Men bekväma. Perfekt läge. Underbar terrass.

働くすべての人たちが親切で誠実。観光の中心地でこれほどのホテルに宿泊できるとは思わなかった。まる1ヶ月イタリアを旅行しましたが、間違いなくここは最高のホテルでした。
・できる限りいろいろ融通をきかせてくださる
・朝ごはんも満足度が高い
・誕生日に訪れたら、サプライズプレゼントをいただいて感動した
・テラスから見る景色は絶景最高すぎる
・天国のようなホテルだと感じた
・受付の女性、ルームクリーニングのスタッフ、バーカウンターの男性、すべてのスタッフが親切で、にこやかで神がかっていた
・部屋は素晴らしく清潔でシャワーの温度や水圧に悩まされることもなかった。シャワーは水はけも良く快適だった。
・猛暑日だったが、クーラーがよく効いていて、自分で調節もでき、夜は寒すぎず、室温まで快適だった

様々な旅をしてきたが、日本の旅館以外でここまで満足度が高いホテルはヨーロッパで初めてでした。素晴らしい思い出をありがとうございます。1番悔やまれるのはここにたった1日しか滞在しなかったことでした。
