Diana suite was the cherry on the cake and would strongly recommend paying for the upgrade.
Pros:

The Diana suite is exceptional with a large balcony overlooking the beach/sea. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the beach and its back entrance opens to a pedestrian street in the heart of the town.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating.
Tricky to get to by car, suggest parking in the lot along the beach 60 meters from the hotel and asking to use their parking facility at 26 euro per day vs 38 at the beach.
Many great fish restaurants that are appropriately priced.

Parking but this was a very minor issue
