A great place both to spend the night and to stay long term.
Pros:

The place is located quite close to all you may be interested on the southern part of the island. Siam Park is just 5 minutes on car from there. Both cozy and stylish restaurants are also in walking distance. Playa del Duque and Los Gigantes are also easily accessible by car.

Speaking about the cars, there is a free public parking just in front of the hotel. There are always some free slots to find.

The hotel itself is nice for its price, even better. We were living in a half-lux room with an ocean view. The room was clean and the hotel maid was cleaning it every day. The small fridge inside of the room was a pleasant surprise. Some people were complaining about elevators, but I had no problem with them at all living on a 10th floor.

We have got the breakfast included and it was tasty and quite variable every morning as for a 3-star hotel. I’ve felt that it is especially designed for the British people but it is not a disadvantage. Dinner is very affordable, for 12€ per person as for 2026 + drinks are paid separately. Dinners were much better and variable in comparison to breakfast as for their price.

WiFi is fast and available for free during your stay. It was a problem to find log in credentials, better to provide info in rooms as well, not only by the entrance.

Swimming pools are clean and have the depth for every kind of a swimmer. The one on the top of the hotel is available only starting from half-lux rooms, but the view is spectacular and it is a calm relaxing place.

There are also even evening events that are different every day. If you don’t have what to do, it is a good possibility to spend some time. The bar is in the same room, which is quite nice design of location:) Special thanks to Noel and DJ for good evenings in hotel.

In general, I was not using the hotel heavily but what I have got was completely satisfactory and much more better than I thought it would be. Thank you!

Cons:

It is not the problem of the hotel, but they don’t have their own parking because the district is quite built up. The parking in front of the hotel is nice and has parking lots, but there are always some wh*res there starting from the 21:00, as well as some dubious characters, which can make your late evening returns not comfortable. We have never had any interaction but you always feel some tension.

Speaking about the room cleaning, it would have been nicer if the maid was vacuuming the room at least once per 4 days. Should have been enough. I felt that nobody did it at all. All other cleaning aspects as well as towel changing was not a question, everything on top.

The corridors may seem to be a bit outdated but they are also very clean and smell good. The rooms inside are modern and super nice, so the corridor disadvantages are compensated fully.

The last thing is swimming pool closing time. The one on top is closed at 18:00 which in my opinion is too early. The one on the bottom closes at 19:00 which is better.

In other cases I have nothing to complain about.

Hotel molto bello in un’ottima posizione con una bella piscina, parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla struttura. Doccia fantastica. Camera con vista mare

Non dipende dall’hotel ma purtroppo i nostri vicini di camera fumavano erba nel loro balcone e non potevamo tenere la porta del nostro balcone aperta alla sera perché se no anche la nostra camera si riempiva di fumo
