Stayed here last weekend Fri to mon room 217....lorraine on reception friendly and helpful... Booked a return miini buus picked us up outside.... Room fine comfy bed... Shower good and. Mini fridge.... Breakfast all good... Plenty of choice... Would reccomennd... Good location not far from anywhere.... Shame it was cloudy and overcast🤣.... Left few hours early but all fine at airport... Depart gate A not C....

Food was ok but varied most of time wether it was hot or cold All dinner plates were always cold never had a warm plate .Room was a premium room but the room we had 104 was mostly shaded and only got a bit of sun on the terrace Outside was a bit scruffy with a old towel thrown from a balcony into a tree been there before we got in appartment and was still there 10 days after. We had paid for Wi-Fi in room but this only worked for a few days complained to reception but got no joy saying we would have to change rooms if we wanted wi fi but this was for a bog standard room not a premium room found out later on that our room was not the only one having problems. The air conditioning never worked and the ceiling fan was hit and miss also had problems with patio opening and shutting They was a problem with a group of young men jumping into pool fully clothed and coming back at 2am very noisy and slamming doors Locattion was good but it was up a hill

Location for us was ideal, near to the airport, we had a very flight on the day we were checking out, and the staff went out of their way to have the breakfast room open for us at 6.30am.

Minden tökéletes volt. Svédasztalos reggeli és vacsora nagyon finom, óriási választék. Személyzet minden tagja nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt. Szállodával szemben nagy parkoló van, mindig sikerült parkolóhelyet találni.

Lovely hotel and fabulous staff. Very clean through out, no negatives that we experienced, always something nice to choose to eat at the restaurant. Clean pool area. Room lovely and spacious.

I visited this hotel with a group of girl friends and we loved it so much we are booking to go back the same time next year.
Location is fabulous , within a five minute walk of bars and shops.
The staff in the hotel are lovely and go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one .
The food in the hotel is lovely , so much so we ate there every night.
The entertainment was really good too.
The rooms and corridors are dated , but they are cleaned every day , lets face it your not in your room that much !
The pool area is modern and spotlessly clean.
This is a gem of a hotel

Our room 222 was looking very tired and is in need of renovations. Never looked clean. Bathroom had a sewerage smell.
Restaurant staff great. Food was poor and never hot. Maybe had one good meal. Had to buy water on an evening to have with our meal. Most places supply water. Never saw the hallway get cleaned it needed a good mop. No kettle or tea making facilities in your room unless you upgrade.

Room 444 superb with big balcony it made my trip. I didn't have to go down to secure bed , beside pool. Fabulous. Privacy was lovely. So relaxing in this hotel.
