The staff were absolutely delightful. Camino was always helpful at breakfast.
My room was facing the street so it was always noisy. Couldn't really have a silent moment unless it was late at night

La ubicación es la adecuada ya que está bastante cerca de las zonas de principal interés. El desayuno me gustó bastante, muy variado.
Las instalaciones dejaron bastante que desear, una noche un señor se golpeó contra una ventana y manchó el piso del pasillo de sangre. Las manchas estuvieron allí hasta las 10 de la mañana de la mañana siguiente.

Location of the hotel was good, as it’s generally 10-15 minute walk from the strip, restaurants and the beach.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The TV in the room wasn’t working, called reception and they sent someone up. But I was without a working TV for a day.
There was also a cockroach in my room which was really gross and made my night uncomfortable as I saw it running around and couldn’t sleep properly.
Re: housekeeping only changed one bin in the room and made my bed. They didn’t really clean the room or change towel and the other bins.
Lastly I also found navigating the hotel quite hard to begin with as it’s like a maze with different lifts for different parts of the hotel but signage isn’t that clear. Not ideal with luggage and suitcase trying to find your floor. This could be improved.
Pięknie, czysto, dobra lokalizacja - spacerkiem dosyć blisko do plaży, sklepy, restauracje blisko. Hotel bardzo przyjemny, baseny, codziennie organizowane jakieś atrakcje: ćwiczenia w basenie, muzyka na żywo. Śniadania pyszne, bardzo różnorodne. Uważam, że ten hotel powinien mieć 4 gwiazdki.
The staff were lovely, we got there for a later check in and they had made us bags of sandwiches to eat as we had missed dinner time. The pool is big enough and they have plenty of loungers. As well as many activities like kareoke and water aerobics on somedays.
The food it's self was really tasty but half the time it was rather cold/luke-warm.

El desayuno estuvo bien, completo y variado.
La ubicación correcta, cerca de todo a pocos minutos caminando.
La piscina bastante cómoda y había espacio suficiente para disfrutar de ella.
Tuvimos que bajar la recepción tres veces una vez que hicimos el checkin porque el lector de la tarjeta daba muchísimos problemas, hasta que a la tercera ya vino el sr. de mantenimiento y la pudo arreglar. De resto todo correcto y muy bien.
Buen buffet de desayuno. Buena ubicación.
