Pros:

En verdad el hotel para el precio estaba bien, lo que más me gustó fueron sus jardines,una auténtica maravilla el jardín con música,uff se respira una paz increíble.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están muy viejitas,las camas aunque reserve una habitación con camas de matrimonio,eran dos camas individuales pegadas y estás con rueditas,el aire casi no enfriaba,la verdad necesita una reforma en las habitaciones.

Limpieza en comedor 0 ya que el mismo bizcochon que se nos ha caído al suelo en la noche lo hemos encontrado al día siguiente en el mismo sitio.
El socorrista no hace nada y no es agradable,simplemente se sienta a ver el tiempo pasar,no está atento a los niños.

Pros:

Most of the staff are very friendly, flexible and helpful. Hotel and spa nice, garden and location are beautiful. Food have lots of healthy choices, beside pleasing sweet tooth and conventional taste too. Mattresses are comfortable, rooms are spacious.

Cons:

Unfortunately I caught a virus there and still don't feel well. Guests and a few kitchen helpers were coughing all over the restaurant. Staff who affected should wear mask or cover their mouth when cough around food. Of course they cannot put their hands in front of their mouth when handling plates, but could cough in their elbow or a tissue. Warnings should have been placed for the guests to do the same. This way I might have avoided to be infected and most of my holiday plans ruined due weakness by being sick.
