Soggiorno piacevole!
Pros:

Posizione centrale, comodissima per raggiungere i vari punti della città da visitare e anche locali e ristoranti. Buona la colazione.

Buena estancia, pero la recepción debe mejorar

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, ya que permite recorrer fácilmente el centro histórico y los principales lugares de interés a pie. También quiero destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal del restaurante, los botones y los meseros, quienes hicieron que la estancia fuera muy agradable. La habitación era cómoda, la limpieza y, en general, la experiencia fue buena.

Cons:

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue, en general, buena, pero hay un aspecto importante que deberían mejorar: la atención en recepción.

El personal de recepción no fue amable, cordial ni especialmente servicial. La atención se sintió distante y poco acogedora, lo que contrastó con el excelente trato del resto del equipo del hotel.

Quiero destacar, en cambio, la amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal del restaurante, los botones y los meseros. Todos fueron muy atentos, cordiales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, haciendo que la estancia fuera mucho más agradable.

Además, la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a cigarrillo. Debido a la poca cercanía y amabilidad que percibí en recepción, preferí no comunicar este inconveniente durante mi estancia.

Considero que, si mejoraran la actitud y el servicio del personal de recepción, la experiencia sería mucho más satisfactoria, ya que el resto del equipo ofrece un servicio excelente.
