Nice room for the price and in a good location

Cons:

The sound proofing wasn't good. From 7am I could hear a lot of noise from outside my door while trying to sleep.

The location is perfect to walk around the historic center.
The room was clean and similar to the photos provided.

Cons:

We found out that the hotel has a floor reserved for smokers, but if they don’t have rooms available on that floor they allow them to stay on other floors. And we found it out because they allowed a smoker to stay in our floor and he spent two days straight smoking in the room. The smell could be felt throughout the corridor and eventually even inside our room. The staff was aware of the issue and told us they repeatedly “asked him to stop” but didnt kick him out because who was in charge decided not to. At the end they provided us another room for the second night instead of kicking him out.
