Wonderful hotel and location
Pros:

Very polite staff, clean and tidy rooms and communal areas. Well appointed room, aircon was great and room was quiet. Good choice for breakfast including hot food, well presented and very tasty.

Cons:

I have no complaints or issues. I had a wonderful stay.

La posizione è ottima... in pieno centro. Le stanze ampie e pulite

I bagni sono datati... andrebbero rinnovati.
La colazione non era inclusa. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo deciso di farla comunque pagando a parte. Al momento del pagamento ci hanno chiesto 19 euro a colazione e non 14 euro come riportato su booking. Ci hanno detto che quello era il prezzo se fosse stata inclusa nella prenotazione... altrimenti costa di più. Trovo che sia un modo di fare poco trasparente anche perché avevamo chiesto nei giorni precedenti e non ci avevano avvisato della differenza di prezzo.

Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

Die Lage ist großartig für alle, die die Altstadt erleben wollen.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer gibt es zu wenige Haken. Man weiß nicht, wohin mit den Handtüchern.
Der Kleiderschrank ist klein, offen und Kleiderbügel sind Mangelware.
Eine kleine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich wäre auch nicht schlecht.
Der Fernseher ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Eröffnungsmenü ist so mit Eigenwerbung des Hotels überfrachtet, dass es uns nicht gelungen ist, einen einzigen Fernsehsender zu erreichen.

Die Lage

Cons:

Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht… für €790 für vier Nächte (197,50 pro Nacht) kann man, denke ich ein moderneres Zimmer und vor allem Bad erwarten! Der Preis ist vollkommen überzogen!
