Not coming back, a chain hotel without personality. Avoid

Staff, very blunt and not service minded.
We were travelling with our dog, they more or less drew up a line from the entrance to the elevator where he was allowed to be/walk. We payed a deposit and a fee. (22 euros a night) You get nothing. I asked for a water bowl. I think a hotel should clearly state if the dog can come to the bar/restaurant or if there’s another area where you can eat, before you book!

I didn’t feel welcome with someone persecuting me and telling me that I had to pay for breakfast
Pros:

The bed was very comfy and the showers were amazing

Cons:

I could not reopen with my card and had to come down to reception twice before they could fix it / there was some misunderstanding with the breakfast where they gave me contradictory information and I felt a bit persecuted at breakfast time to pay for something that I didn’t need to / the coffee was mediocre.
