Malebné místo nabízející klid, výhledy, bazén, prostorný apartmán, při chutné večeři příjemný personál.
Pros:

Líbilo se mi, že na jednom místě můžete zažít letní party s DJ a současně klid a pohodu u bazénu či při ranní józe. Je to blízko do malebného Asissi, užili jsme si i cyklistiku do Bagno či Spello.

Cons:

Nic, vše bylo fajn.

Laut, laut, laut - für Ruhe suchende, selbstkochende Gäste, welche gut schlafen möchten, nicht zu empfehlen für mehrere
Pros:

Grosszügige Räumlichkeiten. Schöne Lage im Grünen. Das Restaurant, welches getrennt ist von der Zimmervermietung kocht sehr lecker. Auch das Morgenessen ist reichlich und von sehr guter Qualität.

Cons:

Sehr laut über dem Restaurant. An den Wochenenden zusätzlich noch DJ am Pool und im Garten. Küchenausstattung minimal. Kein Salz, Pfeffer oder irgend eine Grundausstattung. Besteck, teilweise Geschirr und Pfannen musste zuerst abgewaschen werden. Eine Bratpfanne nicht mehr brauchbar. Billiger, nach Plastik riechender Wasserkocher. Bettwäsche erst auf Verlangen nach 6 von 9 Tagen gewechselt. Billiger Haartrockner mit Wackelkontakt, welcher explodiert ist und gebrannt hat und ich eine Brandverletzung davongetragen habe. Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator, welcher nichts nützt gegen die Hitze unter dem Dach. Es war sehr heiss und stickig und die Musik vom Garten und Restaurant schwierig für ein offenes Fester zum Garten. Auf der Rückseite war es schwierig mit dem offenen Fenster wegem dem Lärm der Küche nachts und am Morgen in der früh, wurde winmal sogar um 4.30 Uhr der Heckenschnitt mit Motortrimmern durchgeführt. Re Artu liegt herrlich in der Gegend. Nur geht leider die Natur und die Ruhe unter in der stetigen Berieselung mit Musik. Es gibt Gäste von den Parties im Restaurant, welche die Aussentische von den Zimmern für einen schnellen Quickie nützen. Das finde ich grauslich.

Pros:

Agriturismo da sogno immerso nel verde dell’Umbria a cinque minuti di macchina da Assisi. Camera spaziosa, rustica, tutto in pietra e pavimento in cotto. Molto bello

Cons:

La colazione inizia un pochino tardi (8.30) e quando ci siamo accomodate (8.45) non era ancora pronta. Stavano ancora preparando. Rallenta un po’ tutto il ritmo della giornata

Schöner hätte es nicht sein können
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Natur ist wundervoll. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Pool. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt mit künstlerischen Elementen.

Exceptional place and great value for money
Pros:

Fabulous location excellent views across the valley to Assisi . Spacious and lots of light and views from every room ! The restaurant was excellent … pool great as it was hot .

Cons:

Would be wonderful to have a few basics like tea and coffee provided for those of us who don’t travel with these basics .

Pros:

La situation. Très proche d Assise et de Perouse

Cons:

Le manque d équipement. La douche pas top. Pas possible d avoir de l eau convenable pour prendre une douche. Soit nous n avions pas d eau soit elle était brûlante puis directement froide.

El emplazamiento en medio de la colina desde donde se divisa la parte norte de Assis. El restaurante es muy bueno y totalmente recomendable. La fórmula de tener un piso, mucho más grande que una habitación, pero poder usar el restaurante es muy práctica.

Great place to stay for Assisi and Umbria
Pros:

It is in a quiet location just across the valley from Assisi which we could see from the apartment. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with adequate cooking facilities for our 10 day stay. Silvia is a great host and Sebastian served up delicious food in the restaurant. I enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon sun.
