Decepcionante para ser un 4 estrellas superior.
Pros:

El hotel está prácticamente en la playa, eso es cómodo. También está cerca del castillo de Peñiscola.

Ponen el champú, gel y jabón de manos.

Cons:

El primer día de nuestra estancia, de noche sobre las 1:30h, tuvimos que llamar a recepción porque las personas que teníamos en la habitación de al lado tenían la television demasiado alta. Esto deja ver el pésimo aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones. Gracias al personal de recepción que subieron a comprobar el ruido y de que habitación venía, y les llamaron para pedirles que bajarán la tv.

El segundo día, pusimos el cartel de no molestar hasta las 17:30 mas o menos, ya que el personal de recepción nos dijo que el servicio de limpieza era hasta las 15 mas o menos y luego había únicamente una persona de guardia. Quitamos el cartel asumiendo que nadie iba a entrar a nuestra habitación, y cuando llegamos nos encontramos que habían entrado igualmente (se ve que la persona de guardia se aburría), sin nuestro conocimiento. No nos gustó nada, sentimos invadido nuestro espacio personal, y ya decidimos dejar el cartel colocado hasta por las noches.

La comida es la tipica de hotel, nada del otro mundo. Mi hijo terminó comiendo todos los días pasta pasada con salsa de tomate aguada. En el balcón de la habitación hay un tendedero retractil enano, que en nuestro caso estaba atascado porque los railes estaban llenos de arena de playa.

No hubo ni un día en la estancia en la cual no hubiera cortes de luz. De hecho un día la gente que estaba en recepción se llegó a "alterar" ya que salía humo del parking justo en ese momento, luego resultó que solo era el grupo electrogeno que echaba mas humo que un coche ardiendo.

La piscina por las esquinas y en las juntas de los gresites toda llena de arena de la playa, igual que las tumbonas y el suelo. De 4 noches que estuve, ninguna vi que limpiaran en condiciones. Tampoco tienen un servicio de toallas.

Resumiento: alojamiento muy deficiente para un hotel 4 estrellas superior. No creo que volvamos, y es una pena, porque Peñiscola nos ha gustado muchisimo.

Buena ubicación y calidad en el buffet y en las instalaciones.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, y el Hotel y las instalaciones se notan muy cuidados.

Cons:

Se trata de un edificio antiguo reformado, y el garaje es bastante bajo de techo. Por otro lado no nos dieron opción a cambiar de habitación o de la plaza de garaje asignada por defecto.
