Pros:

Hôtel exceptionnel, séjour en famille !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture dans le parking de l’hôtel, et la gare se trouve juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique pour partir visiter les Cinque Terre. La plage est également à seulement 2 minutes à pied.
Le personnel de l’hôtel est absolument charmant, souriant et très accueillant. Notre chambre pour 4 personnes était magnifique, avec un plafond incroyablement beau. La chambre était parfaitement propre et la literie, vraiment exceptionnelle.
Rien à redire, tout a été parfait ! Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Se proprio devo pensare ad una cosa negativa, direi che si potrebbe migliorare la qualità dei materassi. Comunque tutto molto positivo

Je moet wel goed ter been zijn want hotel bevind zich op eerste etage van gebouw en heeft lift

Parfait pour visiter les Cinq Terre. Hotel agréable, propre et chambre spacieuse, équipe au top
Pros:

Alberto et Elisa ont été d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité remarquables et fort appréciées.
Notre train avait 3h de retard et Alberto nous a fait la surprise de venir nous chercher à la gare alors que ce n'était pas prévu. La chambre est spacieuse et l’hôtel est charmant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien ainsi que le reste du personnel qui est souriant et agréable.
A noter que la réception ferme entre 22h et 7h je crois. Cet hôtel est au 1er étage d'un immeuble résidentiel. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Mais cela nous convenait parfaitement. Merci à toute l'équipe

Cons:

La lumière dans la salle de bain nous vieilli de 10 ans :) et c'est vérifié sur ma fille de 19 ans, je ne suis pas dans le déni !

The highlight of our Italy holidays!
Pros:

Francesca, Alberto and Team are outstanding people. So friendly and helpful. With our little kids we were a bit afraid that they would be too loud and chaotic for this immaculate and beautiful boutique hotel. However, we were treated so kindly that we felt staying with friends. Great tips and reservations for Restaurants! Levanto is a great place for beach holidays and the Hotel in the middle of the small city center and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Die freundliche Art des gesamten Personals hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und man hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Das gilt vor allem auch für den Geschäftsführer Alberto. Auch die Lage des Hotels war wirklich spitze - 3 Minuten zum Strand und rund um viele ausgezeichnete Lokale. Das Meer war angenehm erfrischend und den Rundkiesstrand mochten wir wirklich.
