Staff gentile (sono intollerante al lattosio e non avevo avvisato) e la mattina per colazione hanno comunque trovato qualcosina confezionata, zona comodissima e strarigica. Si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 10 minuti la stazione ed al tempo stesso in 5 minuti sei nel pieno centro di Firenze.

I was transferred to hotel Camilla Ginori as there were works going on in Camilla Guelfa. Location is very central. Very near pretty much everything. Friendly personnel. A/C worked fine. Very quiet and safe area. Breakfast is included. Reception available 24/7
The hotel is at the second floor of an historical building without elevator. Not a minus point per se, but something to know.

They let us keep our bags there until the room was ready.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and our room was right outside the breakfast room, so it was noisy in the mornings. We were also told because we're 'American' to make sure we don't turn the AC down too low.

When we were there work was being undertaken with some water challenges and some of us were relocated to a sister hotel. The staff were very apologetic and did everything they could to minimise the inconvenience. We would still recommend this hotel as a place to stay and would return again.

Too noise. The sound of the interphone is too loud at night. Someone keeps ringing the bell at night for hours not sure if it is a prankster or guests trying to check in when there is no staff. The security of the outside is concerning. Strange people around. I think it needs to reinforce security around. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. It is really loud.

Stairs and part had no railing. Dark stairs until complained and then told how to get light on. Bathroom excellent. Clean.
