Very relaxed
Pros:

Very convenient location, easy to walk from, clean and well designed and felt very safe. Liked the citrus infused water in Reception

Good location, but the stay was overshadowed by poor service and reservation problems.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, with both the rooms and common areas well maintained. The food was of very good quality, tasty and fresh. A big advantage is also the excellent location, close to the beach and with easy access to the surrounding area.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the way the hotel handled the reservation and payment situation. The communication from the hotel was confusing and they insisted on using external payment links, which created unnecessary stress and uncertainty regarding the booking. The situation was not handled in a clear or customer-friendly way. I was also disappointed with the behaviour of the bar staff in the restaurant, which felt rude and not very welcoming.

Me encantó el desayuno, un 10 sobre 10. Desayuno de calidad en un ambiente muy acogedor y elegante. Las instalaciones del hotel y la habitación muy buenas, limpieza, comodidad iluminación, baño amplio con el detalle de cortesía en la entrada. El personal muy educado y atento de diez. La entrada al hotel elegante acogedora con olor muy rico. Volveré en cuanto pueda. Me encantó!!! Gracias por la ampliacion en el horario de salida.

Everything was as it was described. Great location, friendly staff, lovely restaurant, clean room, amazing views. Take relaxed. It was my birthday and a bottle of sparkling was delivered to my room. What a lovely and thoughtful gesture. I traveled alone and felt very safe.
