Great location beautiful outside setting without upholstery 8n the eve and lifts on 3 of the palm trees, reception looks great! Bed comfortable.

Cons:

As a 4 star hotel there were chips of the front door and scratches scrape on the wall outside balcony water damage on ceiling bathroom broken tile. I stayed 13niggts and didnt get my sheelschaged at all or sometimes I would get there's made sometimes not, the younger lady cleaning the rooms on the third floor did not say hello or crack a smile for the first week then I got a hello if I saw her, other staff were amazingly friendly. At reception they asked for €150 deposit for damage which either wasn't written up or I missed it, so just a heads up for anyone that did the same as me. Also they were working on the floor below me so for 5 days at the end of my thirteen night stay I had to put up with banging and drilling

Best place to stay at playa de San Juan
Pros:

Beautiful hotel close to the beach with the best Spanish breakfast possible. The staff is very nice and it was our third time in this hotel. The beach and restaurants close by (also the one that is part of the hotel) are really good.

Good hotel in beautiful and convenient location.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, friendly staff, proximity to the beach, safe neighborhood, good transportation.

Cons:

For those unaccustomed to sewer smell coming from shower drain, which is very common in Spain, just put a wet towel over the drain. It blocks the odor.

Voor herhaling vatbaar !
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Na het uitchecken mochten we ook de kofferruimte gebruiken en mochten we nog gebruik maken van de parking. Het eten in het restaurant was ook lekker.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was geen 17 euro waard. De viennoiseriebroodjes waren opwarmbroodjes (niet vers). De croissantjes waren slecht.
