El personal te da un recibimiento buenísimo, hamza increíble ,seguimos por el servicio de comedor y cafetería y toda la comida buenísima!!! Nada que no me gustará, enhorabuena a todos por esa actitud con los clientes,no es fácil estar siempre con una sonrisa y servicial, la piscina no la utilice pero era grande al igual que la terraza y solarium, la habitación estupenda en tamaño y terraza

Lo único que no me gustó nada fue la cama, solo estuve dos noches y volví sin riñones, era pequeña y el colchón horrible, notaba los muelles y me movía como un flan, por lo demás todo estupendo

“Excellent stay – great service, delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere!”

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Benidorm Plaza. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized.

The restaurant was very good with a nice variety of tasty food every day. The staff at the reception were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed.

The bar was also great, with a very nice atmosphere. Cristiano, the bartender, deserves a special mention – he was very friendly, professional, and always made us feel welcome.

The swimming pool was clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, the hotel offers great service in all areas: rooms, restaurant, bar, reception, and pool.

We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Hotel Benidorm Plaza. We will definitely come back again!

Another great stay
Pros:

Booked this hotel last minute for a solo getaway, stayed Thursday to Sunday, room only. Great hotel, clean comfortable rooms, with good shower, balcony overlooking benidorm with part sea views. But I was only using the room for sleep and showers. Hotel staff great and friendly. Stayed here twice and wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Repetiremos, un 10 por el personal
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente , muy céntrico. El personal de 10, es lo más destacable del hotel ya que surgió un imprevisto y Manuel de recepción fue muy amable y lo solucionó llamándonos cuando ya lo dábamos por perdido. 🫶. Incluso cuando están desbordados de clientes cuidan de que estemos todos atendidos .

One weeks rest just retired

Just back from Climia Benidorm plaza upgraded the room 1107 11th floor room comfort ok kettle in room air dryer in bathroom plus walk in shower.We did full board food ok always something to eat entertainment on most nights did not use the pool plenty of sun bathing spots around the hotel .for what we paid it was ok would we stay again at the right price yes lots of very loud Spanish at the weekend staying and very loud' Perfect position for old town staff are very good and the sun shone all week. We had a pool view room having said that it had a greenhouse over it to generate heat but good sea view room had morning sun untill around 2 pm on it we did eat out a few times can recommend the Curry Leaf if you like indian brilliant meal right the other side of town taxi job you will enjoy Large portions be warned

Great location!
Pros:

The Benidorm Plaza has a great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the old town, beach and local bus stops.
There were a lot of retired senior citizens in the hotel, which didn't bother us but the entertainment reflected that. And being our 50s it was not quite right for us. This was disappointing as one night we just wanted to chill in the hotel but the entertainment wasn't for us. The room we got was just off the lobby, I think it was a room for people with physical needs as there was a pull cord in the bathroom, rails in the shower and an extra large ground floor balcony. It was a classic room, and we were recommended to upgrade for 80euros but we on a budget so didn't. There was no view from this room, and it was noisy as the lift is near and people gathered in the lobby which was about 10 steps away from the door. I was glad I took my earplugs! The room is smart, clean and warm. Bed was really comfortable. Clean towels and beds made every day. There were a couple of bottles of water in the fridge to use for the first few days but after no water. I was a little bit disappointed with that as would often forget to pick some up on the way back. Kettle also in the room. The food was nice, we were only there for 4 days so ate dinner twice in the hotel it did the job. Breakfast was nice too. For the price we paid it was great. If you want a clean room, in a hotel in a good location what more do you need.
