La limpieza, el personal ,la conectividad con ambas playas , tiendas y restaurantes cercanos aunque cenamos siempre en el hotel porque la comida es óptima y muy variada .La atención inmejorable.

Cut foot in pool missing tiles . Raw meat served rude manager
Pros:

Missing tiles in the pool as you walk in . My child cut there foot twice and a member of staff was very helpful in cleaning it up and reporting but not fixed and hotel hold dont seem to care this hasnt been fixed . Stayed here the year before in the july and was served raw meat actually thought would be ok this time as stayed at clima 2 sleep apartments and can use the hotels pool and entertainment as wpuldnt trust the foof there then this so canceled our 2 week stay for this july . Manager is very rude and doesnt care at all . No doubt tiles will still be missing in steps you walk into the pool . White parts on photos are where tiles are missing

PARKING PEQUEÑO

Ubicacion y comida excelente.

Cons:

Las plazas de parking son muy pequeñas, tuve que salir varias veces del coche por el lado del copiloto, un desastre el parking.
El baño tiene bañera con piques, no tiene ducha, hay azulejos rotos, si cierras fuerte la puerta del aseo, salen escombros del techo, la puerta del baño esta para tirar. En resumen el baño necesita reforma, no es un baño de 4 estrellas.
En el ascensor del parking subiendo las maletas el dia que llegamos al hotel nos quedamos atrapados en el ascensor, menos mas que un empleado diligente de recepcion del hotel nos saco en unos minutos.
