The Benidorm Plaza hotel accepts pets and service animals.

Great location, good value, and a convenient stay—especially if you’re traveling with a pet.
Pros:

Pet-friendly options in Benidorm are limited, so the great location and reasonable price made this hotel an easy choice. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and old town.

Cons:

Although it’s a pet-friendly hotel, it’s worth noting that dogs are only allowed in the room. The balconies also have a gap in the wall, which means a dog could potentially get onto a neighboring balcony. Pets are not allowed in the bar or lounge. This was fine for us, but it’s good to be aware of. Breakfast could be a bit better , but it wasn't bad, just a bit too basic for 4 stars hotel.

Pros:

La ubicación y limpieza. Camas comodas y para las mascotas su camita y cuencos.

Cons:

Que nos cambiasen al segundo dia la plaza de Parking para dársela a un coche de super lujo que no debía de caber en otra plaza, alegando que se habria equivocado el dueño al aparcar. La nuestra era de discapacitados y nos pusieron en otra normal y mucho mas incomoda de aparcar, al otro le dejaron en la nuestra los dos dias restantes e intentaron arreglar el tema con una cesta de frutas. Nos pareció un detalle feisimo y que no deberían de haber hecho, pues estaba reservada y pagada. Un detalle muy feo.
Una de las habitaciones que reservamos era para discapacitados y la ducha no tenía silla para poder ducharse, asi es imposible que una persona sin movilidad, pueda utilizar la ducha.
