Good hotel and well placed.
Pros:

Comfortable, well situated for the main resort areas but quiet and a good nights sleep. Good selection of breakfast foods on offer.

Cons:

Shame about no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but that seems to be the thing now.

There are much better hotels in Benidorm , look there first
Pros:

The location is ok

Cons:

There needs to be more training for the reception staff, go and visit other hotels were the front of house staff are the cornerstone and first impression you have is so welcoming, really need to up your game, the hotel rooms are also very dated. I asked for an iron and it was a real pain to receive as the receptionist wanted 50 euro deposit which is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.

brilliant
Pros:

really nice, clean, quiet and spacious. lovely breakfast buffet, pool area clean and tidy, all round good value. location is right in the middle 5 mins in either direction to the beach, the strip or the old town

Cons:

nothing really. although the hotel guests are 99% spanish pensioners
