Besides the pool incidences, we enjoyed our stay

Location. Staff.

Cons:

Every day the staff were rehearsing for a show on stage at the pool. We had to listen to the same Michael Jackson songs on repeat for the whole week. It was very annoying and disruptive to our holiday. They could have rehearsed on the staff inside. It ruined our days at the pool.

Good Hotel in great location
Pros:

Good location and very clean. Good pools with plenty of sunbeds. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The food was disappointing. Not a great choice and quite poor quality.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We booked the Pueblo Benidorm in error but were very happy that we did. The hotel is on a great location staff are fabulous and very friendly and helpful.
We make regular short trips to Benidorm. This time was the shortest only 3 days. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Cons:

Like most hotels bars, etc, the Pueblo has a lovely inviting outside front terrace area, but wherever you sit, you are surrounded up by smokers. They also stand by the entrance to the terrace and the entrance to the hotel, so it is not as pleasant as it could be outside.

Fantastic few days with friends
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable room. The pool areas are easily accessible and plenty of sun beds and chairs. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was good with choices for all.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like
