Everything was excellent highly recommend food was also good

Cons:

Having to catch a flight later we had to check out at 11am and leave luggage in a room provided,it would of been nice if the hotel gave facilities to freshen up shower ,

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Very good selection of food in the restaurant, dufficult to choose one member of staff all were very welcoming and friendly. This applied throughout the throughout the hotel.
We spent a lot of time in the hotel at night and Michael in the lounge bar was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Accommodation Problems
Pros:

The food and staff were very good. There are always plenty of choices with food and very fresh. The staff could not do enough for us to make a stay great.

The rooms in Annexe were a little small to get around. Making getting on balcony very difficult for someone with walking difficulties. The fridge was too low on the ground, as was the safe, for someone with mobility problems.

Cons:

On first inspection the room although basic was as described so no complaints there. Offered basic facilities which were as expected.
Cleanliness was also on first inspection okay however there is a lot of wear and tear and in particular the bathroom which was tired. Staining on tiled floor around wc and grout plus cal build up around shower cubicle
The sink plug had rust on the chain so didn't use in the basin. Cracked tiles and missing tiles/finishing. Did not use blanket when felt cold during the night as it was not guarded in a sealed plastic bag so I could not determine that it was fresh
Spare pillows however 🙂
Cooked breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed but disappointed with the quality of fruit and general buffet selection. Evening meal unfortunately was also disappointing.
