Estuvimos muy agusto las vistas espectaculares, los amaneceres únicos, las camas muy cómodas, las habitaciones limpias y lo mejor de todo su comida, variedad,comida con muy buen sabor y el personal super atento y simpáticos

Me encantaron las vistas y la amplitud de la terraza. Me quedé en ese hotel por un congreso de salsa que tenía cerca, pero si tuviera que elegir una zona de Benidorm para estar tranquila, sería poniente. Esa playa no está tan abarrotada y además es la mejor zona para ver la puesta de sol.

Cons:

El servicio de habitaciones ha dejado mucho que desear. Me encontré mi maleta tirada, la cama mal hecha, el cojín tirado y no se había barrido el suelo.

The time we experienced was not fun or enjoyable at all.
Pros:

The breakfast was the only thing that was a little bit good than the lunch and dinner.

Cons:

They could not clean the room properly and don’t change the bedsheets, only flush the toilet which makes it stink even more (when cleaning room), I booked matrimonial bed but gave us single beds. Floor was always dirty even after the room was “cleaned” it was still dirty. The swimming pool is only made for adults not for younger children as it was only deep, which is wrong.
