El hotel tenía una buena ubicación para ir al centro de Benidorm y a la playa, el recepcionista muy amable y los camareros también

Cons:

La desprolijidad del los arreglos del baño, la suciedad debajo de la cama, lo remendada que estaban 2 camas de una plaza con bridas para suplantar una de 2. Los espejos de habitación, baño y ascensor todos marcados, la pared del comedor sucias.

Improve the food and this hotel would be one I would visit again and again
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, my room was lovely,very clean and comfortable and the location is great.

Cons:

There was a good variety of food however most of it was totally inedible due to bad cooking so despite liking everything else about this hotel I honestly cant see me returning, yes there are options outside the hotel but it would have been much more convenient for me if i could have had eaten there, I was not expecting amazing food as it is a budget friendly hotel however the food that was on offer was terrible.
Such a shame as all the hard work and effort of the other staff is being let down by the catering.

Tout était super sauf les repas.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Tout était parfait sauf la nourriture qui était un peu répétitive et peu de choix , surtout que nous avons pris pension complète.

Cons:

Les repas car on n'a pas trop de choix. A améliorer.

Lovely hotel situated in old town residential area
Pros:

Good location, in mostly residential area opposite police station and a short walk to the sea front. Lovely staff, friendly & helpful. Breakfast & evening meal were good - staff let us go to breakfast earlier on a day when we needed to go on a day out which was appreciated. Rooms were kept clean, lovely bed & bed sheets, blackout curtains made a good nights sleep. Great shower with excellent water pressure!

Cons:

Views from balcony not great but this is to be expected being situated in a residential area. The balcony was a decent size. Some fittings required a little TLC

Staff were friendly, hotel was very clean.

Cons:

View from balcony was pretty bad, over looking a police station which unfortunately was a very ugly building. Breakfast was below par for what I'd expect.
