Personal de 10 y buena ubicación, pero necesitan unificar reformas y mejorar el buffetPasamos 3 noches en este hotel y reservamos dos habitaciones. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue el trato del personal: impecable, muy atentos y nada que reprocharles. La ubicación también es buena por su cercanía a la playa. Sin embargo, aparcar por la zona es horrible; la única opción viable es un parking de pago a 100 metros que cuesta 20€ al día.En cuanto a las instalaciones, las habitaciones se ven un poco desmejoradas y las camas resultaron algo incómodas. Además, nos dimos cuenta de que urge reformar los baños en algunas habitaciones: de las dos que reservamos, una tenía el baño reformado pero la otra no. El otro gran punto débil fue el buffet de la comida y la cena, ya que era muy escaso y con poquísima variedad.El hotel se salva por su personal, pero el servicio de comidas y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones deben mejorar.

Pros:

Magníficas vacaciones en familia
Pros:

El hotel es súper acogedor y ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas.

Las habitaciones estaban impecables, la comida estaba deliciosa y todo el personal fue muy amable y profesional. Quiero hacer una mención especial a María Navarro por su simpatía, cercanía y excelente trato. Daba gusto bajar a la piscina cuando ella estaba en el bar o coincidir con ella durante el servicio de la cena. Personas así marcan la diferencia y hacen que la estancia sea aún más especial.

En definitiva, un hotel de 10 que recomendaría sin dudarlo. ¡Volveremos seguro!
