The location was excellent and beautiful. The room was extremely clean and the hotel looked and smelt fresh and clean.
Loved it all. Unfortunately me and my friend was ill for the whole 5 days stay so saw a lot of the hotel room! Reception brought breakfast up to our room on the one day we could face it and it was amazing.

Beautiful hotel and views from the restaurant are stunning...room size was good ..very clean..bed very comfortable.coffe machine in room and coffes/teas/milks were replaced daily...good large english and continental breakfasts served...didnt manage to try out restaurant menu as only there for a few days of which mostly spent with my grandchildren who live in Benidorm...there is a lift to all floors and a disability/wheelchair lift from the street outside to hotel floor lift and restaurant...staff are lovely..very polite and helpful with english spoken and reception staff were extremely helpful making us feel at home and pointing out places of interest restaurants, shopping areas etc and ordering taxis when we asked
The only downside to the hotel is the climb as it is on a steep incline but the views are spectacular so worth the hike ( you can always get a taxi )and you get a good leg workout...All in all we enjoyed the stay and will definitely be returning on next trip to Benidorm...Thankyou ...
If you have any mobility issues then be prepared to make use of the taxi services as the hotel is on a steep incline
I loved the location of this hotel, the staff, amenities and food were all fantastic.
Everything was perfect about our stay other than a slight sewage smell in the bathroom other than that we had the most amazing stay.
The property is boutique.. very clean and friendly staff. The jacuzzi is a great addition. Breakfast is really good!

Penned as a 'Gastro Hotel', yet extremely limited vegetarian options, Booked before the Christmas gala menu was available, and because it was so lacking, Christmas lunch was a sandwich from a shop.

El restaurante cogimos una pensión completa pensando que era bufet luego nos dimos cuenta que era restaurante a la carta la comida era muy buena lo que pasa la carta era super corta en 5 días tuvimos que repetir lo mismo al medio día y a la noche acabamos aburridos de lo mismo
