Modern with a chic ambience. Very comfortable and clean.

Me gustó la localización del hotel y el personal y la comida.

Cons:

No me gustó que nos pusieran en una habitación adaptada a gente con discapacidad, pues no había plato de ducha, había una rejilla en el suelo a modo de desagüe y nada más llegar se descolgó el pasamanos abatible del wc rompiendo las baldosas donde estaba fijado. Enseguida vino el personal del hotel muy amable con la chica de la limpieza, pues se habían esparcido trozos de baldosa por todo el cuarto de baño. La habitaciónuna sin vistas, daba a un callejón con 3 pubs muy ruidosos a pesar de que el hotel tenía ventanas insonorizadas. No descansamos mucho. El aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba.

Got to love BENNERs!
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel numerous times previously. The location is amazing, especially one of the only 4 rooms with a terrace. A little more expensive, but worth every penny. The restaurant quality of food & presentation is superb. We would like to extend a special NOTE of thanks to MARCO! An absolute gem, who made our stay even more special! Nothing was too much trouble. A***

Cons:

Although not here to watch television. We did turn it on, & the reception signal was poor. This should be looked at!

Excellent location Lovely staff Breakfast was amazing, excellent choice. Views from the terrace are lovely. Loved the jacuzzi!!

Cons:

The only downside was the location of the room. Noise from reception area and a late bar(not the hotel bar ) just outside our side of the hotel

I selected a half board option and was disappointed to find that I was offered a restricted dinner menu. Half board should mean half board and if that is not the case then you should either offer an evening meal up to a certain price with the understanding that we would pay the difference- but we should have the same choices as everyone else ,
