The restaurant terrace was a lovely experience overlooking the sea and coast of Benidorm and one of the staff Marcelo was so attentive making each meal feel special! Also the rooms appeared to have recently been refurbished so it was modernly decorated.
The hotel didn’t have the air conditioning turned on as we were told it wasn’t the right time of year making the room very warm and stuffy and the windows were very small so didn’t let much air in therefore not comfortable sleeping! Also we were disappointed at the standard of cleaning, the floors clearly weren’t cleaned as the same particles were left all week!

This Hotel is just superb. Everything was amazing from the minute we arrived till we left. Staff are polite and very helpful , we particularly need to mention Marcello from the restaurant who was just marvelous. We ate in DVora restaurant 1 night it was an amazing experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who made me feel welcome right away. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and all the facilities were amazing from start to finish. Every single member of the team couldn't have been more helpful - their dedication to service really stood out.
It's a beautiful hotel in a great location, truly deserving of its 5-star rating. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!
This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The reception staff are so efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the young man who served the breakfast was so helpful and could not do enough for us. The view was spectacular. We will be booking to visit again soon and have recommended this hotel to our family and friends.
