Location, rooms, having a breakfast menu with table service rather than a buffet
It did feel they were a little understaffed at breakfast so it took a while to get served. There was only one lady trying to take orders, clean tables and bring out orders
Oasis of calm in busy Benidorm. Wonderful location, helpful staff, immaculate. Outstanding views of the bay from our terrace with the relaxing sound of the sea heard from our room with the window open. Top notch restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal.

Mi habitación daba a un pub que hasta que no cerró no pudimos descansar. Una pena , porque esperábamos una estancia especial en el hotel y no dormimos bien.
I really enjoyed staying at the hotel because the atmosphere was relaxing and well-organized, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of service, which made my stay very enjoyable.

Our bathroom was a bit smelly.
Although there is a roof to bar it wasn't open and there was no available service for it. If you wanted to have a drink you had to go down to the restaurant and get it yourself which isn't very practical if you have just got out of the hot tub, and not what I would normally expect from a 4 star hotel.
