The best hotel I have experienced by far.
Pros:

Everything. The staff were brilliant and I couldn't hear the town, only the sea waves breaking on the rocks beneath.

There was nothing to not like.

As a solo traveller I felt very welcomed

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable, looked after and welcomed. The staff went extra mile for me to enjoy my stay there.

Unpleasant due to lack of proper air conditioning in bedroom.

Good location in nicest part of Benidorm, i.e. Old Town

Cons:

The room , room 005 , was described by receptionist as being special as it had a terrace with sea view. However, what they did not say was that the air conditioning of the room was useless. Despite many complaints from us and maintenance visits it never worked properly and therefore we were extremely uncomfortable with little sleep. Ruined the holiday.

Superb location, great view on the sea, in the old town, the superb breakfast was on a magnificent place with spectacular views

The basic room we booked, was clean and standard, nothing special, this is no problem but the high price we paid for this is far too much
