Great hotel for young couple.
Pros:

Quick and easy check in, lovely clean looking hotel.
Beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfast on.

Little gifts each day in our room 😊

Cons:

Little flys on the rooftop, which wasn't pleasant so unable to use the jacuzzi. This isn't the hotels fault.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, wunderschöner Aufenthalt und grandiose Lage mit Meerblick!
Pros:

Empfang/Rezeption war wundervoll perfekt, supernett und freundlich, entgegenkommend und informativ. Erstklassige Betreuung an der Rezeption bei der Anreise und auch während des Aufenthalts.
Frühstück - obwohl inbegriffen - war speziell; musste a la carte bestellt werden und war preislich begrenzt. Alles was mehr geordert werden musste, war mit Aufpreis deklariert. Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war gewöhnungsbedürftig langsam und desinteressiert (bis auf ein/zwei davon).
Meerblick genial -sensationell!!!! Das Haus sehr ordentlich und sauber. Rooftop sehrsehr schön - empfehlenswert! Gäste waren supernett und kommunikativ. Alles in allem Sehrsehr Schön! würde ich wieder wählen!

Short break in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Loved the location and the view from the balcony

Cons:

When leaving the hotel ordered us a taxi to get down the hill less than a 5 min journey the taxi took us the longest way around took 15 mins resulting in us missing our transfer to airport and cost an extra 95 euro

Cons:

Air con was quite ineffective. They were doing some maintenance to the balconies, minor disruption. We couldn’t use the steps from the hotel down to the beach.

Stayed here several times in the heart of the old town steps from Tapas Square ,stunning views and an excellent run hotel throughout and and less than half the price of the so called Best hotel next door the ‘Venizia’ , not a patch on the RH Canfali 🙏

Cons:

Since last visit have changed Breakfast from buffet style where you could order your eggs however , omelette etc , cava /bucksfizz , many options and many fresh juices , Now pick breakfast set menus from list , Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Levante beach is not the same without free choice at breakfast can get set menus at any beach cafe 😔

Very enjoyable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice welcome drink, and an excellent breakfast served to the table, which is much better than the usual buffet breakfast. The terrace has great views over Benidorm.

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault but the nearest large car park (ajuntamiento) is very expensive - it would be good if the hotel could arrange a discount on this.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Meer
Pros:

Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, man hört nachts das Rauschen, herrlich. Das Frühstück war a la carte, aber gut. Wir haben sonst nichts genutzt, da wir mit dem Auto die Gegend erkundet haben.

Cons:

Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs. Daher ist es sehr schwierig zum Hotel zu gelangen (Anfahrt durch eine stark begangene Fussgängerzone). Das empfohlene Parkhaus, fussläufig gut erreichbar, ist recht teuer und sehr voll. Ich würde empfehlen, gleich das Auto dort stehen zu lassen und mit den Koffern zum Hotel zu laufen.

Very happy with our stay but will not visit Benidorm again in the future.
Pros:

Superb breakfast, the staff were very polite and attentive. Wonderfully situated by the church with fabulous views.

Cons:

Noisy party on the last night and my partner complained that, along with many other top class hotels, the mirrors are not in a place where she can see to put on her makeup
