Pros:

Beautiful stay, the scenery makes up for the long walk up the hill - sea views, nice location right on the beach - staff were nice and hotel was very comfortable

Stunning views
Pros:

Immaculate hotel in a fantastic location in the old town with stunning views over Benidorm. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful with so much choice. Loved eating on the terrace overlooking the sea and the cold tub on the roof terrace was a real treat.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Pros:

We have been to Benidorm many times and most hotels offer a buffet breakfast , which is often disappointing to be honest . The Canfali does a table service breakfast , cooked to order , and was very good quality . There was plentyof choice and it would appeal to most people I think. Also the coffee was fresh ,not from one of those vending machines .
We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely , the bathroom was small , but the shower was great , and the bed was extremely comfortable. We found the staff helpful and generally friendly . The hotel is in a good location , very central , close to the beach and tapas alley . Would recommend.

Cons:

Room and bathroom are compact , but the view made up for it .

The location and breakfast

Cons:

The room , ground floor, very noisy, air conditioning non existent . Staff when approached about noise issues were dismissive. The noise happened most of the night , every night of our stay, mostly after midnight

Della struttura mi è piaciuto in particolare l’accoglienza sia della reception sia per quanto riguarda lo staff del ristorante, la colazione ottima e la posizione eccellente❣️

Cons:

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto particolarmente il solarium, perché era infestato da zanzare, facevano continuamente manutenzione ma purtroppo non era risolvibile, i cuscini invece in camera erano molto alti per i miei gusti e quindi ho dormito senza.

Pros:

It was very central right on the water views were breathtaking next time we go i would book a room with a balcony. Generally most of the staff were lovely especially marcelo and kristian the maid did a great job keeping our room clean leaving us little treats each day

Cons:

One waiter in the restaurant was extremely rude my husband was at the bar getting drinks and I sat out on the terrace he told me to move

Birthday celebrations mum and daughter
Pros:

Mum and daughter birthday holiday.

The hotel was amazing and exceeded expectations. Clean and modern. Everything you needed. Friendly staff and always willing to help. Wonderful breakfast and paid for dinner one night which was superb. Must go too!!
