No fue como esperábamos...
Pros:

El personal se merece un 10 y la comida exquisita!!La amabilidad de los trabajadores muy buena .

Cons:

Tener que soportar a los extranjeros borrachos y sus broncas.Ya que la policía avisada oportunamente por el hotel,no hacen caso.!!! Dudo que volvamos a Benidorm

Nice location and clean hotel
Pros:

This hotel is right on the main road where you can catch taxis easily. We got the inclusive dinner and breakfast, which was nice. They have a very big buffet.

Cerca del centro y buena calidad comida
Pros:

Me gustó lo cerca que está del centro y la calidad de la comida que pese a haber poca variedad la calidad era muy buena. Estaba todo buenísimo.

Cons:

Está pegado a un colegio y la zona de las tumbonas de la piscina está justo al lado por lo que se escuchan los gritos y berridos de los niños, afectando al relax y descanso que es lo que uno busca al sentarse en una tumbona junto a la piscina. Tampoco me gustó que la cena terminara a las 21:30, demasiado pronto, horario para británicos.

Buen hotel con buena relación calidad- precio
Pros:

Es la tercera vez que vengo a este hotel.
Me gustó todo: ubicación en pleno centro, limpieza, habitación y terraza amplias, colchón bueno,amabilidad y atención de todo el personal de los distintos servicios del hotel.
Además nos dieron una habitación mejor a la reservada sin cargos adicionales.
Había actividades de entretenimiento tarde y noche.
El buffet bueno y variado que reponían constantemente.
En resumen un hotel que recomiendo.

Cons:

Que los sanitarios del baño no fueran un poco más modernos con ducha a ras de suelo en lugar de bañera aunque para mí no supusiera un inconveniente.

Muy buena ubicación. Trato de los profesionales muy bueno. Buffet correcto y bien elaborado. Vino y agua incluido.

Cons:

En las máquinas de café no se ofrece café descafeinado.
Solo hay un ascensor nosotros no tuvimos problema pero imagino que en verano será complicado cogerlo.
