Cons:

Staff were dreadful. In particular one male receptionist with glasses balding on top very rude. Tried to get a bit hands on with my wife when she was complaining about something. Some back rooms not very child proof. Easy to open the door to the balcony with no proper lock in place. Bland buffet.

Well located and good value for money..Nice food in the restaurant.

Cons:

More plug sockets needed. A non-slip mat for the shower would make sense, especially as most of the guests were elderly.

Meal needs to change notices about all inclusive and normal
Pros:

Male receptionist was very nice and friendly

Cons:

Not allowed water with evening meal had to buy bottle when you only required a glass felt as if you were being rushed to eat and finish and get out
