Buen hotel pero muy mala experiencia por escasa resolución de problemas.
Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación donde se escuchaban ruidos de una puerta que utilizaban empleados al ingresar a trabajar y nos despertaron todos los días antes de las 7am. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no fue posible. Pedimos también que la puerta en cuestión se mantuviera abierta para evitar los ruidos y tampoco fue posible. El hotel está muy bien pero la experiencia fue muy mala dado que no tuvimos solución. Entiendo que no hubiera otra habitación pero mantener una puerta de servicio abierta para dejar dormir me resulta algo bastante sencillo y no pudieron hacerlo.

Mooi hotel aan de rand van de stad en prima uitvalbasis om Santiago te ontdekken. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. Bij het avondeten worden leuke menu’s aangeboden, maar je kan ook á la carte eten. De kamers zijn ruim en hebben royale bedden. Parkeren is gratis en kan voor de deur.

Particularly liked the apartment with car garage. Private yet with full facilities of the hotel.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel Los Abetos after three days and two lovely nights, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. However, the real highlight is the staff. The level of service provided in the restaurant, both at dinner and breakfast, was truly outstanding. Special thanks go to Javier, Elvis, and the entire team, who made us feel welcome and cared for at all times.

One moment in particular perfectly shows their dedication: on the second morning, there were no churros available at breakfast. Our oldest daughter asked Javier about it, and he immediately spoke with the kitchen. Shortly after, they actually prepared fresh churros just for her — simply wonderful and above and beyond what one would expect.

This kind of attention, kindness and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime.

Coincide con la descripción, bonita habitación familiar, estuvimos muy cómodos, el territorio del hotel fue bastante grande y bonito, a descansar un atardecer espectacular, vistas a la piscina… todo genial! Muy recomendable!!

We drove from the airport and arrived very late and was welcomed by reception .
The room was very spacious and very well appointed.
The hotel is very spacious and immaculately maintained.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport and also with easy access to the city centre.
