Trato amable del personal. Habitación amplia y limpia.

Cons:

No atendieron una petición especial sobre el desayuno para una persona celíaca, lo que conllevó que esta persona no pudiese desayunar ningún día a pesar de haber pagado el servicio

Having to leave your key at reception every time you went out. They are huge brass keys, so it's understandable, but maybe update the bedroom door locks?

Ha la fortuna di una buona posizione
Pros:

L'unica cosa positiva che mi aspettavo da questo posto era la posizione ed è stata ottima per concerto all'ippodromo e vicinanza alla metro Lotto.
Sia chi si è occupato del checkin che della colazione molto gentili.

Cons:

Non mi aspettavo nulla e così è stato. è un hotel due stelle datato che ha la fortuna di stare in un ottima posizione. Pagare quasi 150€ per una struttura che necessiterebbe una rinfrescata e pulizia profonda è molto al limite. L'aspetto dell'aria condizionata che è a pagamento a parte era chiaro fin dall'inizio. Io comprendo che in situazioni normali o di una camera ben ventilata possa essere vista come un extra ma onestamente qui non è un'opzione ma una necessità. Non c'è nemmeno un ventilatore in dotazione e la stanza essendo in un piano rialzato non ha consentito di dormire con le finestre aperte. risultato è che non abbiamo chiuso occhio.
