Pros:

El hotel aún utiliza llaves tradicionales para las habitaciones, con una plaquita que tiene el número y el nombre del hotel, lo cual no es muy seguro ni práctico comparado con las tarjetas modernas. Además, las paredes parecen bastante delgadas: se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la habitación de al lado. En general, el lugar necesita una renovación para estar a la altura de lo que se espera hoy en día.

Muy buena ubicación y personal muy atento y amable. El aparcamiento también es muy cómodo. Lo único que podrían mejorar son algunos detalles de limpieza: en general, la limpieza estaba bien, pero hubo un día que no barrieron la habitación, y dentro de los cajones y del armario había algo de polvo.

El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones limpias y grandes, sin ruidos. Situado frente al puente de La Toja. Tiene su propio aparcamiento. En resumen muy bien, para poder repetir.

La habitación estaba reformada tal y como habíamos solicitado y tenia vistas a la isla de la Toja. El desayuno estaba muy bien y la atención también. Por poner una pero, la cama era de 135 cm en vez de 150cm. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Se nos pasó muy rápido las 4 noches que estuvimos. Hotel muy acogedor y cercano al centro y puerto de O Grove. Estuvimos fenomenal, muy recomendado.

Parking payant 5 euros par jour, pas de chauffage 15 degres dans les chambres, salle de bains absolument aucun equipement pour poser ses objets de toilette, ni de porte manteau.

Hotel con buena ubicación y en buen estado
Pros:

Lo elegimos por la posibilidad de elegir vistas a la ría y no nos arrepentimos. Además la habitación era aceptble y muy limpia. Cabe destacar y agradecer el buen servicio recibido, el personal es atento y nos dio buenas recomendaciones de excursiones y de restaurantes. En resumen pasamos una semana muy buena en o grove y en este hotel.
