The hotel is located in the centre of Vigo, just round the corner from the marina and within walking distance from the main tourist attractions and the bus station. The breakfast room on the last floor offers a great view on the Vigo estuary. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We booked a room with the view on the Vigo estuary but to actually see the bay we had to bend our necks a bit. The window looked directly onto a backyard, where one of the neighbouring building was undergoing a loud construction work (of course, this wasn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the experience, and anyway one might expect a price discount to make up for this relative discomfort). The walls in the room needed repainting, and it is a kind of a big deal in a four-star hotel.

Chambre lumineuse, très calme avec une très belle salle de bain. Confort de la literie.
Personnel à l'accueil correct mais sans plus. Salle de bain propre mais ménage non fait dans la chambre : cheveux au sol, poussière sur les meubles, sol non aspiré. Parking souterrain pratique mais très cher.
- Location is excelent, very near downtown.
- Parking is very hand as well, but a bit expensive (19€ per day). There are other parking in front of the hotel, 24hrs. Check the price to see if it is worth.
- The staff was very friendly.
- Overall, the hotel was good, but I was expecting a bit more for the price. In my opinion, I think I could find similar places for a better price.
- When we entered the room, I could see some footsteps in the floor, not very well cleaned.
- We also had an issue in the bathroom that was flooded when we arrived at night in the first day, we communicated the event to the front desk and they provided a replacement room for us.
- The valve for opening and controlling the shower was very low and difficult to reach.
- TV very small with only open air channels. A Smart TV would provide a very better service since everyone has accounts on Streaming (Netflix, Amazon, others)
