Non posso esprimere giudizio sulla struttura in quanto non l'ho manco vista......quando ho chiesto per ben due volte mi erano fornite informazioni via mail per come raggiungere la struttura con i mezzi pubblici che poi non c'erano...la camera aveva prezzo maggiorato causa il concerto......la struttura si trova in zona periferica, i mezzi non c'erano,i taxi era impossibile trovarli, pochi per la richiesta, la mia amica avendo subito un recente intervento non riusciva a camminare e inoltre i locali ci hanno detto che a piedi avremo dovuto passare un pezzo di una zona non tanto bella.....quindi via l'assistenza di Booking abbiamo chiesto la gentilezza di annulare o non applicare intero costo del prenotamento in quanto non lo abbiamo utilizzato e abbiamo dovuto pagare altro hotel...la struttura ha rifiutato la nostra richiesta....
