Second time here and had forgotten how amazing the hotel was. Excellent service from the moment we pulled up in the car. Nothing too much trouble. Bottle of champagne with nibbles in the room on arrival, message before we arrived to check air con temperature - 10 out of 10 service! Excellent breakfast and lovely goody bag when we left! We will be back!

This hotel is the pinnacle of service. Our second visit and just as exceptional as our first, four years ago. Bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable with many welcome extras. Nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Superb service from all the staff who were happy to meet all our requests. Valet parking was a treat, and the bar in the hotel is small and cosy. Excellent breakfast. We will definitely return.

Excellent emplacement, à côté de cathédrale et du vieux Salamanque. La gentillesse de tout le personnel. La qualité des chambres et de la literie. Le parking avec chargement électrique. Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire. La qualité des machines salle de sport.

酒店位置就在老城边交通非常方便，酒店本身就是一景，里面装饰很文艺，酒店接待非常到位，送的迎宾香槟各种小食和水果，床品舒服；总之给我们留下美好记忆。

Excellent location. Wonderful varied art collection.Staff were professional, helpful and friendly .

The welcome; the location so near to the old town with its A-mazing old buildings; comfortable; calm; very efficient and well trained staff who all spoke excellent English. Magnificent and tastefully decorated suite with a welcome bottle of cava waiting for us unannounced! I also had a text from reception the day prior to arrival asking what temperature I would like our bedroom to be! A first. Spacious reception area and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was a buffet but hot dishes individually ordered and freshly cooked. Car parked and charged for us in adjacent underground car park. We were definitely made to feel special and would certainly recommend to fellow travellers.

The property is extremely well decorated, rooms are good size. But the experience is enhanced by the staff, always helpful and pro active. Really enjoyed the hotel

We can't say enough nice things about this city and hotel! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Eva, Andrea and another nice guy(I'm so sorry I can't remember his name ,but was equally fantastic!) made us feel so special. The rooms were quiet, peaceful and clean. Every night, they left little gifts on the bed during turndown, which we looked forward to! Now, I especially want to mention how wonderful this hotel was based on a true life experience. I took my diamond earrings off at the end of the night, and we were up early the next morning to visit another city. We came back from our long day quickly refreshed and rushed out to our dinner reservations. At dinner, I grabbed my earlobe and realized I forgot to put my earrings on that morning. I quickly ran back to the hotel....and my beautiful earrings were placed on the mirror stand! Coming from the NYC area, I was so shocked! That is how wonderful this hotel is!!! Thank you all for our wonderful stay, and hope to return again!
