Very POOR management of kitchen ,bar and restaurant staff.
Pros:

Room size and bathroom

Cons:

Bar and restaurant /bar staff surly,,,,did not connect with guests.
Breakfast complete chaos …no organisation of food…food amount not enough…this should have been sorted before guests arrived in the morning…no one in control to take responsibility.
Bar staff non existent..VERY POOR MANAGEMENT OVERALL.

Gran Hotel!

El parking!! Salamanca ciudad tiene un gran problema para encontrar aparcamiento y este hotel dispone de un super aparcamiento

Una gran eleccion!
Pros:

El trato que recibimos por parte del personal, tuvimos que alargar nuestra estancia por motivos personales bastante tristes. El personal en especial Pilar de recepcion, fueron encantadores con nosotros, no nos pusieron en ningun momento problemas, nos facilitaron y ayudaron en todo, normalmente vamos 2 veces al año a Salamanca, a partir de ahora siempre iremos a este hotel porque te hacen sentir como en casa.

Nada, me gusto todo.

Good hotel, great location for getting into the city. Staff are always welcoming and pleasant.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel before so I knew what to expect. If I had not liked it I would not have gone back.

stayed for one night but it was very nice overall
Pros:

Great pool to cool down in after a long drive

The staff were really helpful on reception as well as the evening manager at the restaurant (really kind)

Cons:

Gym needs updating
Waitress at dinner gesture’s were rude, to the point of being comedic.
A bit out of town so expect a 30 euro return trip by taxi if you want to go into the centre.

Muito boa e agradável.
Pros:

Tudo em geral.

Cons:

Apenas não gostei do fato de o regime meia pensão ou pensão completa terem um menu que apenas troca uma vez por semana, o que faz com que se tenha de repetir varias vezes a mesma refeição ou mesmo com esses regimes termos de pagar por comida, para podermos variar senão acabas por comer quase sempre o mesmo, foi a única coisa que não gostei na minha estadia, de resto tudo ótimo.
